misdiagnosed - my son was taken to them with a concern of an infection on his finger. We were on vacation, and went to the first place we could find for help. They said it was a basic skin infection, gave him generic antibiotics, and sent us on our way. The next day we got back into our home town, and had to rush him to the ER because his finger was even worse. The ER doctors did a culture on him, had to lance his finger, and come to find out he had a staff infection. He could have lost his finger due to their incompetence.

I was Very disappointed with the treatment and service. The doctor was rude, did not listen to me, she took 2 personal calls while treating me, she has no clue what medication was cover under health care, and refused to give me a doctors note for more than one day. I wouldve gave no stars but that wasnt an option. I called the CVS customers service number to file a formal complaint and I am still waiting for someone to follow up with my complaint...

The nurse practitioner Opeyemi Aina -White handled my care. She asked a lot of questions to ensure she knew all of my symptoms. She was informative, caring and professional. I was the first patient of the morning, I was waiting before they even opened, she was pleasant in greeting me and got everything together and took me back as soon as they opened. Wish she worked at a family practice.

Refused service 30 minutes before they closed. Asked for an exception and the NP did not care that i was in pain and "had to close" if you need medical assistance make sure you are there and it works on THEIR schedule because they dont care about your well being.
