Will not take my daughter back for sure. My daughter is 4 and they expected me to send her in without me for fillings. If she didnt "behave" they were going to send her to someplace that would put her under. No and no! She is 4, not 14! Why change policy from the old office and now insist its always been like that?!?! And to say they would send her elsewhere is she didnt cooperate to a place that uses drugs?!? I think not! I will find a more family understanding dentistry!

This is one of the only dental clinics in Ocala that takes daughters insurance. Parents are not allowed in treatment room after 1st visit. There is a consent form that is signed on first visit if you read everything that you sign. Computer was down on a visit and was left waiting for an hour before they cancelled appointment. They never called back to reschedule as promised. Not going back. Daughter is scared to death to have to go back alone.

I went there for the first time 6 months ago with my two kids, and it was great. They did not wait long. Got to have their cleanings done together, I was with them the entire time. The dentist was nice and explained things to me and my kids, they picked out prizes too. The only thing that happened was the system went down and one of my kids x-rays were not saved. But that wasnt their fault.

Absolutely awful!!!! No privacy what so ever, dentist is not informative or caring at all and to top it all off I got a bad infection because they used nasty bite wings. They simply used an alcohol wipe and barley wiped the bite wings off after one kid was done! The bite wings were not cleaned properly. NEVER AGAIN!!!
