My wife needed dentures and since were new to this area we werent really sure where to go. We saw an ad on TV for Aspen Dental and decided to take a chance. From the moment we walked into the office we felt like we were at home. We were greeted warmly by the office staff and didnt wait long at all to be seen. As we walked back I noticed that every staff member we walked by had a smile on their face. This staff was happy and engaged! Over the next two days my wife had measurements and molds taken. The day we were supposed to return to pick up her dentures my wife was admitted to the hospital. I called the office and explained what happened and apologized we would have to reschedule the appointment. Christine told me not to worry about it and let them know once Heather was home from the hospital. Later that evening I received a call from Matt (office manager). Matt told me he was told Heather was in the hospital and he wanted to help. Matt said he was going to have someone drop off Heathers new dentures at the hotel where we were staying. Once Heather was out of the hospital she could try out her dentures and call the office if she needed any adjustments. This level of customer service was above and beyond! Even after Heather was discharged from the hospital we ended up having to cancel a couple of appointments. There were times Heather just didnt feel well enough to go out. Being a transplant patient is very challenging but the office staff never made us feel bad for having to cancel an appointment. From the bottom of our hearts we want to recognize Dr. G, Renee, Kayla, Christine, Merri-Lee and Matt (as well as anyone we may have missed) for the outstanding care you have given Heather! Respectfully, Scott Sweigart

They drilled all the way through my teeth for fillings and caused an infection. They continued to deny it after my filling simply crumbled out of my tooth 2 weeks later. Once it was brought to their attention regarding my infection and poor filing, he refused to fix the filling that he screwed up and just referred me out to a specialist. When I asked for a refund regarding what I had to prepay for, they simply sent me a bill that I didnt owe before I decided to leave from their care. Its funny how I didnt owe money before, but now I magically do after I received terrible and unacceptable care. Ive seen many dentists in my life and this guy was by far the worst dentist Ive ever visited. I will never let anyone go to this aspen dental without hearing about my terrible experience. This dentist has me in so much pain that I didnt have before that Im barely able to sleep through the night. I sleep with ice packs and live on ibuprofen. When I complained about the pain, he prescribed me 25 narcotics. When I came back two weeks later, he tried to prescribe me 25 more instead of fixing his problem. When people wonder how innocent and good people become addicted to narcotics and turn to heroin, this doctor is one of the many reasons why. 50 pills is by far too many. The only good thing about this office is that the Dr.s staff is pleasant.

Aspen dental in Strongsville has been nothing but awful. I scheduled to have my wisdom teeth out and the day of my appointment they decide to tell me that they quoted me wrong, a price of $612 up to $994. I fought that and they got it down to seven hundred something. The assistant was mean and told me to come back to the room because I "apparently had questions" since I was reading all the paperwork they gave me. I guess I was taking too long for their liking. The oral surgeon, C. Okezie, was such an arrogant smartass when I asked questions he was supposed to go over with me anyways and I will be telling people I know never to go there since my experience was so awful. My fiancee made an appointment and they charged him a $150 dollar toothbrush on the invoice, not even asking him if he wanted one. After getting his tooth filled, he has been in pain ever since, which was 3 days ago. This place is a joke. Never giving them my time of day or money ever again.

I went in for an emergency walk in, for an abscessed tooth during pregnancy. The wait time was reasonable for a walk in. They were accommodating to my special needs since I was pregnant. They werent able to do anything because of how bad the infection was, and I had scheduled an appointment to come back and have the tooth extracted. Unfortunately, the dentist, didnt say anything about me being under dosed on meds by the er, so my infection got worse in a matter of three days my face swelled significantly. I ended up having to see an oral surgeon today who extracted the tooth after spending all day in the hospital yesterday. Anyways, price for the extraction and medication was affordable. Staff was very friendly.

Ling wait time and felt pressured to do a procedure which i do not believe is needed. They scare you into thinking you have an infection and recommend scaling. Would not do a cleaning since the scaling procedure which would cost roughly $1800 would be the cleaning. I would need to come back for another appointment and then after that was done come back after 28 days. I went in for tooth pain and still have no idea why my tooth hurts. No cavities according to xray. That is the only reason I give this place 2 star is xray was free. They want payment before a procedure is done and if you dont have the money you can finance it. My recommendation is get a second opinion!

I called and scheduled to have a cavity fixed. The lady on the phone said no problem they could do it that Saturday. I went in, having pretty bad pain, they took x rays continuously told me about my gums needing deep cleaned and my wisdom teeth needed removed. And they didnt do a thing about my cavity. I still have it. Now I will have to retrieve my x rays they took and see a different dentist whom will actually fix my issue instead of try to sell me a million other things. Having two small children it is very hard to schedule appointments so when I can get a day and I get jersey around it makes me pretty unhappy.

I am retired and pay for my own dental insurance. Even before I retired my company offered an insurance that was accepted by Aspen Dental. I have been to several offices in the past and I find Aspen to be just as good as some if the others who I had to drop because they no longer accepted my insurance. I have had a handful of different hygienists and always left knowing my teeth were cleaned well. I really like Dr Guduguntla. He is pleasant and never makes me feel rushed, even when I know he is busy. I never left waiting.

I expressed having pain in my bottom right teeth when I eat extremely hot or cold food to the Hygenist. The Dentist come in says the usually pleasantries, looks at a couple teeth, then start banging on my teeth with a metal rod only making a "uh?", "uh?" sound. So after he was done with that I asked did you want to know if any of them hurt? He of course responded yes, did they? I got no warning that was his intent when banging on my teeth. Little unimpressed with the communication during that circumstance.
