I have never walked out of the good doctors office and not felt that he had taken the time and paid the attention that was due for a thorough eye exam. The other folk that make up his team were more than friendly, more than cordial, and more than adept at taking care of the business end of the transaction (almost painlessly) and the vending of my spectacles. They dealt with my insurance with no hassle whatsoever. The waiting area is very clean and tidy, although I couldnt really say, the wait was minimal. If you want not only excellent service, but caring hands to trust your vision to, this is the right place. I believe I have had the pleasure of dealing with these fine people for at least four years. In a world where professionalism and customer service is tough to come by, Dr. Margolies and his staff are one less thing to worry about.

Im so glad Dr. Margolies is my familys eye doctor! Weve been getting out eyes checked yearly by Dr. Margolies for about 5 years, and have had nothing but great experiences. Ive worn glasses since I was 6 years old, so I have seen a lot of eye doctors over the years. Dr. Margolies has a wonderful office staff - they are always friendly and help me find ways to save on eyeglasses and contact lenses. I get my contacts delivered right to my home within a few days, and my eyeglass are ready quickly too. Im never kept waiting for appointments, and I can always schedule my appointments around my work day. I highly recommend Dr. Margolies .

Friendly and courteous staff. Never a problem getting an appointment--emergency or otherwise. One stop shopping as they have a very nice array/choice of glasses/frames as well as contacts onsite. Dr. Margolies takes the time to make sure you understand everything before you walk out of the exam room, and anything else that may need explaining is done by the other staff. Excellent patient care and customer service. I would highly recommend.

Very happy to be patient in this practice. Ive been going here for at least 15 years now. I now bring my children here too. Dr. Margolies is very personable. He takes his time to explain everything and NEVER rushes you in and out like a number. I manage a dental practice and find this office to run extemely efficiently! This office staff could not be friendlier. They make you feel like part of their family :)

The staff are all kind and caring and Dr. Margolies takes his time to ensure you understand every aspect of the exam and the results. My glasses were delivered quickly and I had no trouble making an appointment to pick them up. I highly recommend this practice.

They make using our insurance so easy and find ways to save money with rebates on contacts etc. I recommend Dr. Margolies to all my family and friends. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the parking situation. It is street parking.
