Disculpen pero no les recomiendo este local dental yo era la primera vez que fui a informarme de un asunto dental.y si de paso me podian ver por una infección. Dental y dolor que tenia y hichazon.no habian pacientes esperando afuera y no me quisieron atender y encima les pregunto alfrente cuanto me cobraban solo por algo. Bien chiquito. En mi diente y me querian cobrar 600 dolares cuando en otro lugar pregunte me cobraban 100 considerando a los pacientes sin seguro y humilde y no me parecieron muy amables las secretaria alfrente no muy amables y denotan poco consideradas.no recomiendo por lo menos este local.

Horrible root canal. Dont go here if you need a root canal. Jefferson Dental will deny any and all liability if you experience any negative side affects from their root canal procedure. Jefferson Dental at 1511 S Cooper St Arlington TX is a discount dental service where the motto should be get what you pay for. No apologies, no offer to fix it, and no offer for a discount to get it fixed. Their dentist tells me my root canal is swollen and got infected, but all he can do is prescribe antibiotics and pain medication. Also, it will continue to get infected until I get it fixed. They referred me to a specialist to get it fixed at my own cost. They have listed on their website that one of their specialty services is root canals, which is a lie. I paid in full out of pocket on the day of procedure $1600.00 to get this taken care of, but they cant do a proper root canal. Should I have to pay twice for a root canal on one tooth, or should Jefferson Dental Clinic take responsibility for something that can be fixed that they didnt do properly in the first place? Go to MONARCH DENTAL instead. Had my first root canal done here and never had a problem with it.

Not even worthy if one star....the good reviews on here but be the employees. The first appt. I informed them that my daughter had stitches in her lip but she needs xrays to ser if she had damage to her teeth. I understand not being allowed back for xrays (of which they later informed me they couldnt do due to the stitches, but they said they would call me back for her exam...as time went by I was not called and I asked the lady at the desk if I could go back now she said per. HIPPA she was not allowed to let me be with my 7 yr old daughter. Then today she had an appointment for just xrays at 12, I took her out of school at arrived at 11:59, they informed me even with an appointment it would be at least an hour wait...I. canceled the appointment. I called to speak to office manager, of course he was busy, so I asked for his vm. She stated they do not have vm. So I asked for the complaint line she said they dont have one of those either. Well I found one and filed one.

Excellent staff, I went in for the delivery of my crowns and Clariza was kind to advise me that I was also due for my routine exam and was able to get it done all in the same visit. Glenda was very polite, Kristine is cool with great character and Tiffany is just so caring always checking up on me to see if I was okay or needed anything. Dr. Chung is a great doctor and I like how she is very detailed when explaining the health of my teeth and gums. When it came to the explanation on what my insurance would and would not cover, Laura S. was very detailed and so concerned for my dental health and I was also able to get my treatment done same day. Overall this clinic and staff are awesome and never a dull moment with Alida and Alex great personalities!

First appointment was over two hours long. Just initial x-rays and consultation. Excuse, only one doctor here today. 8 people working in front office, all idiots. Just looking at their email. Second appointment was full of dentistry but the phrase "over three hours" does not mean over 6 hours. Just like restaurant hostesses who cant count the number of guests on the list and multiply by 15 minutes, these idiots cant do their job any better. How many dental employees does it take......... Too many and too long. Bad attitudes and no concern for anyone but themselves. Wow, Jefferson Dental should be really proud of this office. Dont bother coming here.

I had the greatest experience here all the people were friendly and worked to the best of their ability. I not once showed up and waited very long, the waiting room was never crowded, and the doctor was very considerate. They scheduled everything to be done in a timely fashion (I didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen). I was pregnant during one of my visits and passed out in the sign in area, they handled it so well and with soooo much care(needless to say I am A okay :)... baby too). I had a root canal done and my ortho office (they suck!) have even complimented how well the fills and crowns were done(had a root canal).

Awful. Before coming into the office I completed all the new patients paperwork online, and gave them insurance info. Upon arrival they said they never received the information I filled out and to fill it out again, so I did. An hour later, not a single person had come into the door after me and I STILL hadnt been seen. I waited until an hour and a half after my arrival and scheduled appt time before I walked out. The woman at the front desk was no help and when I asked her how long I may have to wait she just looked at me and said ".....itll be a WHILE". Dont waste your time here---literally.

I love this place! Dr. Hiroshi Saka is my dentist. Ive had 4 crowns placed plus a few cavities filled and they are always very professional. They are sure to tell me any costs associated with my visit, and the staff are delightful. Ive been going to this location since 2014. Alita is one of the staff that Ive worked with several times and I love her positive attitude and winning smile.

They told me on the phone that first consultation was free....and if more treatments...29.00. I caught uber to get over there with a bad toothache....and they said it was the other way around.....so they lie to get me there....and plus their raitings is 2.5 which is liw... Should have known better.

I want to report how the doctor performed the cleaning was so strong, take off a filling of one of the teeth. Ever in cleaning have pain in my mouth like today. This service would charge my plan is not free and this doctor treated me like a doll as if I did not feel anything. It was horrible.

So far so good. Glenda did my exam and was pretty awesome funny and gental!! Then is was time for the hard part the cost. But Elizabeth help me with that. It was easy as it gets!! Ive always had good experiences with Jefferson Dental. Thank you ladies!! See ya in 2016 for my check up!!!
