Horrible, horrible experience today, dental hygienist was "friendly" and all, but that doesnt help me at all, because when trying to get me x-rayed she hurt my gums once, so I told her and she dismissed me saying that I had no scratches or redness, then tried to do it again shoving the device into my mouth and hurting me once again; well that was it for me and had to leave the office. I know they are aware that not all patients are the same, so why this lady pretended I was not hurting its beyond me! With personnel like that I do not understand why they have high ratings. All I can say is that I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Myself and my family have been patients for more than 15 years. We have stayed with Mid-Cities Dental because their service is exceptional and beyond reproach. All of the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. I can honestly say that in the time that Ive been a patient there have been no problems or issues that have arisen. I recommend this practice to anyone who has a dental need. From top to bottom you have a good team working there.

If you have children, this is the dentist for you. My son had a bad cavity, and he was very nervous/anxious coming in. They warned me he might need to see a pediatric dentist. Dr Kyle came in, was very calm, and was able to pull the tooth. I would highly recommend his practice and his staff.
