Great experience. I had previously gone to a dentist in Fort Worth, who I felt was not checking my teeth properly, and told me my teeth were fine, despite feeling one of his probes sink slightly into one of my teeth. I went to Dr. Nguyens office and he told me I had a large cavity in one of my teeth when he looked on X-ray and probing it. He was able to save my tooth and keep me from having a root canal. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. His hygienist is even his sister, so it truly is a family practice! Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with a dentist, nice feel around the office, very new tech. I will definitely start making him part of my regular dental care.

I will never call Family Dentistry again for help. My wife has a small issue with her bridge, an issue so small that Walgreens sells a temporary repair solution; but my wife wanted a professional to do it instead. But when I called Justin Family Dentistry they refused to even look at what was needed....wanted to make an appointment for the future. And then said they shipped all work out to be done. If they are not professional enough to do something that is sold at Walgreens, how could you take your real dental problems to them? Not this family, nope.

Dr. Nguyen saw me today for an emergency extraction. I had a toothache from my wisdom teeth that had been lingering. I have been putting off going to the dentist for some time due to a phobia with needles. He squeezed me into his schedule and numb me up to get me out of pain. To this date, that was the best extraction that I didnt feel at all. I dont know how he distracted me but I didnt even feel the needle stick. Dr. Nguyen has great mannerism and explained the treatment thoroughly. I cant wait to make my next appointment with him for a cleaning.

our first experience with jfd today. called at 215 because son was in pain. they got us in at 4, even though we were new patients. weve been at the same practice out in garland for the 10 years weve lived in justin, but we are switching now. the office staff was very kind, especially to my kids. dr. nguyen stood patiently and answered all of our questions, even the silly ones! the best part is that you can watch netflix while you are in the chair. an episode of sherlock will make the cleaning go much faster!

These people are great. Ive had my teenage daughters there for cleanings, myself there for near emergency dental attention, even called one holiday with a problem, happened to catch Dr. N there. He actually answered the phone, listened to my problem and took care of me. I hate dental work really but I am sold on this office and these people. Theyve filed my secondary insurance (previous Dentist would not). Nice, friendly, cant be beat. If you live in the Justin area you have lucked out on finding a new dentist!!

Had no clue when I had them do a root canal, that when I had to be referred to a root canal specialist-insurance doesnt cover it, considered a re-do! WOW! The office staff blamed it on me that they cant responsible for their patients insurance companies. I was supposed to know this already. So I will now be on antibiotics with one side of my mouth swelled up until I can come up with the 1700 dollars this will cost out of pocket.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing! The friendly staff took great care of me which is a direct reflection of the great office environment and how well Dr. Nguyen takes care of his employees. Dr. Kevin Nguyen is very knowledgeable and displayed his skilled craftsmanship throughout my procedure. He was very patient and thorough about explaining everything. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.

Ive been a patient for about 2 years now, Doctors are extremely personable, staff are always super friendly and helpful. Doctor would come in on Saturdays to make appointment confirmation calls himself. Nice personal touch. Im not a fan of their water pick for plaque removal, prefer the old scraper for teeth cleaning and they accommodate no questions asked. Had a tiny filling addressed and cost was minimal.

I am so HAPPY with Justin Family Dentistry!!! I used to take my kids to a pediatric dentist, but my kids get even better care with Dr. Nguyen. I appreciate him taking the time with my kids and taking the time to explain the necessary steps to me. The office staff are really nice and explain to me in detail the costs. As parents, we also go there so it is very convenient for the entire family. Perfect!!!

I love going to the dentist, especially when it is Justin Family Dentistry! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Dr. Nguyen is awesome. He is thorough in his exam and makes you feel very comfortable in the chair while he is working. The office is peaceful and inviting. This has been my best experience ever and I will tell everyone to give this clinic a chance. I cant wait for my next visit!

Worst Experience ever. Poor service. Rude staff, do not recommend for children. They may be fine for adults but they dont know medication dosages for children and I feel their practices are suspect. My child ended up with an infection one week after a cleaning. Thankfully it wasnt by the tooth like Dr. Nguyen said it was. It was just the gum but the infection was not there until she went there.

This week I went in to JFD. They are awesome! I can not get over how great the staff treated me. I saw Dr. Nguyen I love him already! He was kind and explained my treatment plan so well. I went to a different dentist for the last 4 years I will be going here from now on. I am going to bring my family here. I know that Dr. Nguyen is going to take great care of us! I would highly recommend JFD!!

Due to me not seeing a dentist for years, I needed a lot of work done. Dr.Nguyen has done 3 fillings on me and a extraction. He was nothing but caring, patient, and he answered all my questions and concerns. I have never had a better experience than I did with Dr.Nguyen and his hygienist! They are all caring and very nice! The modern facility is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I havent learned all the names of the staff and the doctors, but I look forward to returning for my next cleaning and checkup and getting to know them all.

My family has had wonderful experiences at Justin Family Dentistry! The office is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming for both adults and children. The staff is so friendly and personable that my children love to go see them! They are very good about explaining any dental work that needs to be done, and honest about work that doesnt need to be done. We have had great experiences there.
