The staff is good from my experience however their billing set-up causes the one star rating. This clinic is in network in my insurance plan but because whoever is filling out the claims I was told the Drs but they wont let you speak to the Drs I am never sure whether my bill will be covered or I will have to pay out of pocket. Ive tried working with them and my insurance company to get my issues resolved with no help whatsoever.

The checkin was fast and promt. After that it went down hill. After getting my xray I waited for almost an hour and a half just for them to tell me nothing was broken and to wrap an ace bandage around my ankle

Fast, efficient and courteous service from ALL the staff at UH Urgent Care. Wow, will never go to that other E.R. in Bedford again. Kudos to UH for expert hiring of good people!

Giving one star is too much credit. Do yourself a favor, take the extra turn up the road and go to the Cleveland Clinic ER.
