Visited First Care on 7-8, felt awful. Was seen within minutes, had a professional who actually LISTENED (thank you John Milburn!), scripts called in, no hassle. Felt better in 24 hours. Today, 7-12, First Care called me to see if I was feeling better, and if my visit was satisfactory. A follow up call is superb customer service. Would recommend First Care to everyone.

Horrible! It was forever until we got service! It smelled like smoke in there! One time my bro went there and it take forever and after 2 in a half hours they got to a room and waited for a half an hour for the doctor to get in the room! They waited for 3 hours for nothing! This place is a piece of crap!

I had a great experience here, especially in contrast to Statcare or the ER. They are quick, professional, and kind. The doctors show respect to their patients which seems to be rare in this area, especially with concern to the locations contrasted with First Care.
