I have been to the emergency room twice in the last 3 weeks for severe itching all over my body. My dermatologist has been trying to treat and diagnose the problem. The first time I went to St cloud hospital they prescribed prednisone and that worked while I was taking it but my skin doctor weaned me off of it and the itching came back and got so severe on the weekend I had to go to the emergency room again. My complaint is with Dr. Donald Gray in the ER. He acted like I was a big problem for him,He would not look me in the eye, and He talked down to me. He told me to see my skin doctor again because "thats what THEY do, THEY should have known what this was when you saw them, I cant do anything for you". Well, when it is the weekend and you are itching to the point of bleeding and are on a high dose of Coumadin, you start to become concerned. A little compassion would have gone a long way. The nurse gave me 2 pills for itching and came back to discharge me in about 30 minutes. I told her the medicine did not work and the itching was still horribly painful. She talked to the doctor, came back and said" there is nothing he can do for you". That visit to the ER was nothing like the first time I went there for this problem and I feel Dr.Donald Gray either didnt have a clue or just didnt want to deal with it. The hospital sure knew how to charge me 75$ co pay. I will NEVER go there again, and will be sure to tell others about my experience with Dr.Donald Gray.

By far one of the worst hospital in central Florida. St. Cloud Regional is limited on technology and resources. Their nurses arent effective at their job, cant save a patient life without knowing the problem. They can care less about your love ones and will not take the blame for a mistake on their end. Their goal is to get patients out that hospital but wouldnt care if the patient would come out alive. My mother needed medical attention but the doctors/nurses fail to acknowledge the situation and only focus on putting more drugs in her to see what goes from there. One of the nurse in I.C.U. was very rude and could care less about her job. She barley checks up on her and most of the time Ill have to get her to perform her job. Her name is Stacey and mostly does the night shift. Stacey complain about her duty and didnt take extra step to improve my mothers health. At the end of the day, they keep their job and I lost my mother. Nothing more worse than losing a love one, of course the hospital sympathize by sending me the bill. Mother of three, 14 year old, 19 year old, 26 year old. Gone but never forgotten 1966-2017.

this review is for three familly member . week one I took my sister with one ear bleeding and they sent a nurse practioner ,she said that she was going to get the doctor to take a l look at my sisters ear but instead she came back saying that the doctor said for whatever she told him ,that he couldnt tell if it was an infection because the blood was blocking the ears inside, sister was sent home with antibiotics and no ears drop, followed with an ENT doctor and the Ent doctor said he couldnt believe she was sent home with no ears drop, week 2 me and my other sister went to ER feeling sick headache ,sinus discongestion, body ache ,we checked in on line this time thinking was going to be faster but we waited inside the ER for 2 hours before the same nurse practitioner that treated my sister came to see us ,then we waited another hour to get discharged. This hospital service has changed ,it is not the same like it was years ago the staff is ok, the doctors are ok but the waiting ,the place is dirty and they have so many people working on the floor but nothing is done as it should ,sad.

The staff was friendly, the service was good, but the pricing and value is mind boggling. I received a simple chest x-ray for the insurer Preferred Provider price of $398 out of pocket. Outrageous, especially in light of the national average cost of $164. Then, several weeks later, I received two more invoices for roughly $20 each. This facility gives medical care in the USA a bad name. This facility would be my last resort for any medical test unless it is covered by a government policy. BTW... Medicare will only pay $66 for this procedure. I was ripped off and I am embarrassed and angry that I was taken advantage of. Pricing was not revealed until after a 30-minute wait, 20 minute processing. I was at the mercy of experts who take advantage of their hospital -patient relationship in a financial process. The cards are stacked against the patient in a stressful time. They know how to work it and your pocket book will feel it for weeks to come. Stay away!!!

Worst hospital ever, the nurses were good. My doctor if thats what youd like to call her was rude and unprofessional. Im awaiting a callback from my doctor now, he will probably tell me to go to another hospital today. Equipment is way outdated....and my doctor was a complete witch. Its too bad you cannot put anything less then a star for the quality of the doctor. It truly is a shame that this hospital is allowed to still be open. You can slap a new sign on your hospital and a new fresh coat of paint, but it doesnt change whats on the inside or lack there of.

Absolutely ridiculous, I came in at 6:15 pm, it is now 10:15 pm...they have left me sitting and waiting without saying a word...they didnt say anything until I started walking out...the most unprofessionally run medical facility I have been in. I was triage in the waiting room, no privacy whatsoever... Heres a thought: take a few seconds out of sitting on your butt and reassure the patient that your aware they are there... waiting, in pain and they will be taken care of...smh Shame on you staff of the ER ..will not be back, and yes, I have insurance!
