Went there to get a PPD shot looked at to determine if it was positive or not. I didnt wait too long, but once I was called, the nurse pushed on my arm hard over the injection site (youre not supposed to do that) and said she felt a small bump. Since she pushed on my skin, the spot turned a bit red. She measured the spot at 10mm. I tried to explain to her that it wasnt red before she pushed on it. She didnt listen and said she would call the doctor in to look at it. Then the doctor came in and looked at her measurements (which were clearly off) and said it didnt look too big but when he heard I was a nursing student that was exposed to patients, he said I was likely positive. I shouldve kept my mouth shut. He wasnt really even sure. He was quick to say that I would have to come back for a chest x-ray and possibly have to be on meds for a while. The nurse came back in and loudly said "well I guess youre positive!" in a way that sounded like "Hah! I told you so!". When I got the paper back, The Dr had written 15mm even through the nurse had measured 10mm. When I questioned the nurse about it, she said she just goes by what the Dr says. I was very upset thinking about how I was going to pay for everything, but luckily my job was willing to pay for the x-ray. When I went back the next day to get the x-ray done, I had to wait an hour before I was seen. Just for an x-ray that took 5 mins. My friend went to a different location and said he didnt have to wait nearly as long. When I got the results of the x-ray back it said there was nothing wrong with me. If they had listened the first time, they wouldve seen that. But I could tell everyone there wasnt interested in saving me any time, money, or anguish. They just wanted to get on with their day and possibly get a little more money out of me just like a lot of other health care facilities. For a place claiming to want to help people, they sure didnt seem to like listening to their patients.

I made an "online no wait reservation",(as the website called it), for 2:40pm and also did the online registration because it said it would save time once I arrived. I was very lightheaded and very sick so the less time I was in there the better, plus I didnt take any pain meds for my severe headache or sore throat before I went so that it wouldnt interfere with anything they prescribed to me. I arrived at 2:30pm as the website directed. The lady at the desk wasnt the friendliest but I didnt think too much about. There were only three other people in the waiting room, one of which I heard saying did not have a reservation. I ended up sitting in the waiting room until 4:20pm. I was called back after everyone else including the one that did not make a reservation and only after I went to the desk and asked the woman how much longer I was going to have to wait. Then I sat in the back for a total of an hour. By the time I left there I was so weak I could barely stand up but I still had to go to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled which they did not have so I had to go back to the doctor and wait another 20 minutes for her to prescribe me something different. The only upside to this visit that day was the doctor herself. She was very nice and seemed to care about her patients and her job. Im needing to go back because Im getting sick once more but dont want to spend half of my day sitting at the drs again.

Today I arrived to the clinic around 5:35-:40 after few day feeling sick. As soon I approach the receptionist and my wife start giving details Mrs Jacky (Phillipino Lady) gives a negative attitude and said that the waiting time was up to three hours. As I look around I only count around 4-5 more patients so I inquired more information and the lady just recommended us to go "Celebration Clinic" or that they can "call an ambulance", even when I really been feeling sick I understand that isnt an serious emergency, my wife convinced me to stay, While time pass I see more people getting in and out, the receptionist call me to pay ahead $100 as deductible wish I did even when I havent been check yet. Around 8:00pm my wife approach again to ask how long will take because I was feeling whit headache the receptionist just answered: "at what time you guys arrived, cause like I said waitress time is more than three hours" all this with a facial expression of disgust and annoyance. I request a refund so I can go to an other clinic and the receptionist said that was impossible until next day after 9:00am approximately. Wich we disagree but was out of our hands. We request information and all we get was a business card and the name "Jennifer" Tomorrow first thing in the morning I will be there to get my money back. Im totally dissatisfied and I wouldnt recommend no one to this clinic, its absurd.

I went in yesterday. I parked outside at 7:45 since it opened at 8. I went inside at 8am with 2 other people behind me. Somehow, they were called to the back behind me. Also, a mother and daughter came in after I was sitting and waiting and were also called back before me. The lady at the front wasnt "rude", but she wasnt the friendliest person I ever met. Also, I had to pay $171 when I have awesome insurance. When I FINALLY got called back after an hour, I had the nurse come in for a few minutes and then told me to wait for the doctor. I then waited another 5-10 minutes. He was in the room with me for no more than 2 minutes. He looked at my nose, my throat, and listened to me breathe. Thats it. When I asked why I have been coughing up blood, he said "congestion." That doesnt answer my question! He prescribed me antibiotics that made me feel worse over the past 24 hours than I have felt the whole week that Ive been sick. I will not be going back. Now I have to leave my apartment feeling terribly ill again today and fork over another huge amount of money to go somewhere else to get a second opinion. I do not recommend this Centra Care at all. It is my only Centra Care experience, so I will probably not even try another Centra Care after this.

, Today at around 7:45PM my girlfriend entered with her son at the CentraCare located at 3293 Greenwald Way North, Kissimmee, FL. She asked how long was the wait and was informed by Niana it would be 3 hours. She asked if she can wait in my car since she was having pains over her entire body and the bright light was causing her to have severe headaches. Niana told her she would not be able to open the door after they closed at 8 PM. My girlfriend left, since she was not going to be able stay there with the pain. I entered to confirm these claims. Niana stated they did not have anywhere my girlfriend would be able to lay down. I asked her to please allow her to stay in the car while her 15 year old son would stay inside to listen for her name to be called. Niana stated she would not be able to allow anyone to enter after they closed at 8 PM. I asked if this was CentraCares protocol, and she stated it was. I understand there are rules to keep things in order but at some point common sense has to play a part in the employees mental process. I was extremely disappointed at their total disregard for her medical condition at the time. I ask that this situation be rectified in order to avoid a repeated event. Thank you, Ray
