BEWARE OF GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR, WHOS ONLY INTERESTED IN COLLECTING YOUR INSURANCE MONEY! If you have a long term health condition stay away from this corrupted practice. They made it real clear they are in business for a paycheck only! They dont care about your lively hood what so ever. Im lucky and blessed to have great health. I only have asthma, and from time to time use a rescue inhaler while im in the gym. Im very active and fit and use to work in a pharmacy. So i know its obviously real easy to just fax a Refill prescription in. This drug is NOT a narcotic - its a freaking rescue inhaler to breathe. But apparently with Dr. Pettits receptionist as healthy as i am i HAVE to come in on an appointment every single time for a Refill prescription. I am Completely healthy NOT sick at all, but Dr. Pettit wants my insurance money...so basicly i have to go out my way to see him, just to get a rescue inhaler. In exchange for him to collect his $500+ from my medical insurance. When he can easily just fax CVS a Refill prescription. And guess what everybody there are doctors across the state that ACTUALLY write or fax in Refill prescriptions WITHOUT seeing there patients. But this greedy money hungry office is trying to justify why they have to see you each time to charge your insurance just to get a prescription? What happened to seeing a dr. When your actually sick? Furthermore, to make matters worst, Dr. Pettits receptionist tells me to go some where else if i dont appreciate this practice wasting peoples time, for a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE!

The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because Dr. Pettit has zero tolerance for late patients, and I would understand if it was over 30 min. - 1hr. but to make a patient reschedule for being 15-20min late is absolutely crazy, I cant speak for anyone else but when you work and have an Appointment in the middle of the day sometimes things happen and your a little late. If you call to tell them your going to be late they still make you reschedule, so that doesnt matter. Now the 4 stars are for Dr. Pettit, Carmen and Staff. Dr. Pettit is a GREAT doctor who truly cares for his patients and he is very professional, he will do everything possible to make sure you are healthy and happy. Carmen is the best! She is always polite and professional, and she remembers her patients. The staff is just like Carmen, always friendly and professional. Unfortunately I had to find a different doctor that has more leeway with their time so that if Im a little late I wont get turned away. But I do wish Dr. Pettit and his Staff the best because they are great!

Im surprised with the negative reviews. Ive had several appointments here now and the experience was great. Appointment availability was reasonable. The staff was friendly. The wait time was incredibly short and something i appreciated very much. Dr. Pettit was compassionate, caring and helpful. I would recommend the office.

Theyre great about getting you in for a 6 months well visit, but on more than one occasion Ive tried to get in because of sickness. Forget about it! No effort made to work me in. So, on the hunt for another Dr. Trust me, there are other concerns here concerning our health care we are unhappy with.
