First of all these guys are not even vets they call the vets for help in the back and cant stand that lady in the front desk she rude bad customer service So my female dog had her litter stuck and I go in here for help.... they charge me $170 for a X-ray when I allready knew I needed c section for her and then they wanna charge me $900 for c-section they take advantage of dogs in emergency situations just because I got a $1000 dog dont mean Ima pay $900 for a c-section overpriced so I called Emily in chatsworth and she did the C-section for only $150.... I saved $750 and got better customer service she actually cares for the animals health and she dont waste no time when your dog is in danger I had to wait atleast a hour better the employee got a real vet to talk to me dont go there the vet doesnt even have time to see your dog and doesnt care if there in any danger they just want to get money they dont care

Ignorant people. our dog had heart disease that when undiagnosed until we were out of town and she started to struggle so we took her to an emergency vet and they took an X-ray and the first question she asked was "how long was she diagnosed with heart disease?" we said never. the so called doctors at Dalton Animal Care said that it was a kidney disease and had been treating her for that. Dalton Animal Care could have seen the enlarged heart with an x-ray or ultrasound that they did when looking at her kidneys. our dog could have lived 5-7 more years had it been diagnosed early. take your pet somewhere else!

The front desk staff are awsome! Then the Doctor was the sweetest Veterinarian I have ever had the honor to meet! My daughter puppy that she just got began getting sick fast so we took her to Dalton Animal... They already knew she wouldnt make it threw the night. The doctor stepped in when he did not have to! I hope that one day that he truly blessed us and made a huge impact on me & my daughter! The Doctor restored our faith in humanity! The aerial good Doctors,people,nurses. Still put there! If you are in need of a veterinarian you should go there! They treat you like family and are great people!!!!

We have been using Dalton Animal Care for well over 10 years. Both cats and dogs. Both in-door and out-door animals. Everyone there makes us feel comfortable and secure about leaving our family pets in their care. They were so gentle and kind when we had to put an animal down. They were so patient and understanding when we rescued animals and didnt know what we were doing. I like that they offer a pet health plan, it helps both my pets and my wallet. I am so grateful for all the people at Dalton Animal Care.

I took my doggies for their first visit about two months ago. They did the annual check up and grooming for both of my puppies (I have a silky terrier and a yorky terrier). I am extremely picky when it comes to my pets grooming, to the point that I have been driving them to Chattanooga every time they need a hair cut. I was sooo happy with how Dalton Animal Care did the grooming on my dogs. I loved it! Ben (the groomer) did exactly what I asked. I couldnt be happier. Totally recommend these guys :)

Dr. Krigbaum and Andrew were kind enough to come out to our farm and innoculate our rescue dogs for rabies. They were very quick and kind enough to answer our questions as we were herding them all up. Luckily this happened in the morning, because later that afternoon we spotted a coyote in the daytime that was not acting typically. It didnt seem in a hurry at all to get gone. So I am so glad that all my dogs are covered! This home visit is a must for us since we have so many to do.

DR. THOMPSON, what can i say, besides the best!!! We drive 1hr currently and have driven 2 hrs to visit Dr. Thompson. Not just a Dr... our girl (gone now 13+yrs) didnt like going inside a vet.... When we first called and asked to be seen at a certain time so we could come right in as we explained the situation. Dr. Thompson said no lets do better, I will come outside. Just the simple respect is amazing. My opinion there is nobody else to see. Thanks again.

My parents have been using Dalton Animal Care for over 20yrs and I STILL bring my animals all the way from downtown Atlanta just to have Dr. Chris Stearns care for my beloved pets. The understanding they have of pets and their people is amazing and I feel like my family really matters to them. Dr.Thompson and all the Dalton Animal Care staff are always good with my Kuki. They know how much she means to me and treat her lots of love and care. The people at the front desk are always happy and greet you with a welcoming smile. I love taking Kuki to get her yearly vaccinations and she has also been there when shes had two accidents. Again, they always treat her with love, just as I do.

Dr. Moore @ DAC is always so thorough. He has cared for my pets for years. Hes very thorough and always follows up with a call after our visits and I appreciate that very much. All the staff are very pleasant and caring. I also appreciate the fact that I can drop off my pet @ 7:30 before I have to be at work @ 8:00. Great staff and awesome care!!

My animals have been cared for by the vets at Dalton Animal Care for many years, and I have always been pleased. The entire staff is kind and gentle with pets. Currently Dr Moore is the professional who treats my cat for ailments. He always follow up to be sure the cat is responding to medications. I highly recommend this animal care business.

Had my first experience there today with my puppy who thought it would be a good idea to chew up a bottle of ibuprofen, they saw him right away and were so sweet and comforting with my pup. Talked me through everything they were going to do, and made sure he had the proper care and lots of love! Will definitely be taking my pup here from now on

Dalton Animal Care is "our other family doctor". I have a dog and two cats. I love the fact that they take walk-ins, so no worries when the unexpected happens. I also love that each of my furry kids gets a photo ID card with their shot record on it. This is so very handy when traveling. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

They help me understand the problem and the medication prescribed always helps them to feel great again.
