My review is based off of my last 3 visits. I am new to Dr. Dental so I am basing this off of the last 3 visits 1st visit was the initial x-rays and cleaning. I liked that the cleaning was pretty quick and non abrasive but I didnt like that there really wasnt any discussion of what needed to be done or healthy hygiene tips I could do. Im use to my dentist getting to know me and tell me what I can do better or options. My 2nd visit was for the 1st round of filings my top row. My APPT was at 12noon and I wasnt seen until a little after one. No one on the staff addressed me or the other patients waiting to say that the doctor was a little behind we just sat there. The actual process wasnt bad if I felt pain she stopped and numbed me back up but I felt like her assistant was a little too rough with the suction tube because it felt like she kept stabbing me with it. Once I got home and after the swelling and numbness went away I realized she totally missed a cavity (which had to be done on my 3rd visit). Today was my 3rd visit for my bottom fillings... My appointment was set for 3pm and I was not seen until 4pm...Now dont get me wrong I understand that you can get behind but yet again no one addressed us waiting in the lobby it wasnt until 45 mins after I arrived and after another patient raising hell in Spanish that the receptionist actually addressed us to say sorry for the wait. Its just about communicating the staff is pretty friendly but I felt that Noone communicated which makes me feel like they dont fully care. Also after everything was done all 3 times I was left in the room to rinse and clean myself and this just maybe my own personal experience but at all of my previous dentist office someone always stayed behind to help to make sure you werent crewing your lip and that you werent dripping all over the place and to at least remove the bib. Over all it wasnt bad the staff seems nice but nonchalant at the same time, its convenient for me due to it being a few blocks away from my house, its a clean environment. Im not saying dont go because its not that bad but if you want a more one on one personal connection I would say at least try it once.... I will be going back for now

Stay away from that place. Dr Lee seem very incompetent. I went for a cleaning nothing was bothering me. I was even unaware that I had cavities .She told me I needed fillings. She did them a left a hole in my tooth. I went back so she can fix it. My tooth has never been the same ,very sensitive. I kept going back trying to find out what the problem is then I found out she cracked the tooth. A tooth that had no problems. When I complained to the manager they offered to give me 10 percent of my copay to fix a problem they caused. The funny thing is 10 percent of is actually $3 and some change.

I actually enjoyed the visit to Doctor Dental in Hackensack NJ, The staff was very friendly and smart. The environment seemed very sanitary as well. They offered me complimentary water which was very sweet of them.. Now lets also talk about the service, I went in for a cleaning with out my insurance it was only $57 dollars and on top of that the Doctor gave me a review on my teeth how much better can that get? Over all the job was satisfactory and all standards of practice were met. I am going back next week for a whiting of my teeth. I would recommend this office to everyone. A+++++++

I wish I could rate it 10 stars! My first appointment was yesterday with Dr. Lee. I lost dental coverage over two years ago so I have been unable to go to the dentist until recently. Dr. Lee explained my X-Rays thoroughly and was very gentle with the cleaning and fillings. Dr. Lee and Wendy were very understanding about my anxiety, tooth sensitivity and TMJ. Wendy held my hand throughout the drilling when I asked. I felt safe and well informed. I highly recommend going to Dr. Dental for you dental needs. :) Thank you to the staff of Dr. Dental!

Upon entering the office I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who welcomed me right away. The dental assistant and doctor were just as friendly and thoroughly explained the treatment that I need, while pointing to the exact areas of concern. After my appointment I met with a treatment plan specialist who explained my financial options, which I feel was really helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my visit and look forward to the future of my smile. P.S I even got a goody bag! :)

Was going to great expressions dental in Maywood....horrible all around. My boyfriend did some research and found Dr Dental. We both were impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the prices and thoroughness of procedures, and how nice and professional the staff was. Weve been coming here for for almost 2 years now and we are always more than satisfied every time we leave. Both so happy to be patients of Dr Dental. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Dental of Hackensack was an amazing experience. From Yarellys at the front desk to the caring and gentle touch of the Doctor. Everything was fantastic. Went there for a crown, being that it was a front tooth naturally I was very nervous. However, the Doctor did a great job choosing the color and shape. I am happy to say that no one can tell and I get a ton of compliments on my smile. :) Thank you Dr. Dental for the wonderful treatment!

New to the area, chose this place because they work with CareCredit (I anticipated potential dental work needed beyond just a cleaning). They try to prorate the cost of the cleaning and x-rays for patients who do not have insurance coverage. The doctor was pretty nice, seemed to do a good job cleaning. I like a very thorough dental exam, but every doctor has a different style, so it was a good enough visit for standard cleaning.

Great service, dentist were awesome with my little niece (5 years old). I took her because of some cavities she had . It was her first time at any dentist so obviously she was nervous and scared but the dentist was super nice and made her feel comfortable. My niece told me she really like her. sometimes it is hard to find a good dentist for kids, but Dr. Dental was a great experience for my niece.

No one likes the dentist, thats a fact but this practice offers the most pleasant experience someone can have. The staff is very helpful when it comes to your comfort and understanding of any procedures being done. I appreciated the time the manager Yarellys took to explain everything, I probably would not have proceeded with my dental work if not for her so thank you!

I went to dr dental for the very first time last week and I had the pleasure to met dr. Ayoub who was very pleasant and informative. She informed me more about patients with pace makers (like me) and what dental tools are not good to use on patients with any defibrillators. I am so grateful Ive found a good dentist for me and my family! Huge thanks to Dr. Ayoub!!!
