The office is a great office. The experience from the moment I walked in the door was unforgettable. The look of the office is bright and cheery! The aroma of the office is always pleasant. They have a waiting room with a Wii game for the kids and the kids at heart. They also have coffee and tea, water available for the patient while waiting. I have been to offices that remind me of an insane asylum with the white walls and decay smell. Not at Livonia Family Dental Center !! The staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable about the services and dental care they provide. The Dr is very informative. She provided me with lots of information regarding my dental needs. I am very very pleased with this office and I AM SHOUTING TO EVERYONE ....GO TO THIS OFFICE ..GO RIGHT NOW TODAY!

Beware, I thought were pretty good at first , until I had begin to experience pain, then they were constantly dismissing me. I was in excruciating pain yet the dentist didnt see anything so I couldnt get any meds. The next 3 times I came , they repeatedly told me I needed work done. Honestly, the receptionist with the dark hair was always more helpful than the dentist were. Well, I ended up going to another dentist and they told me my teeth were healthy, and that i did not need all of the work that they said I needed.

I arrived a little early for my appointment with Diane. The lobby is cozy with beverages and treats. I was taken to very clean room for my maintenance and cleaning. As usual Diane reviewed my meds and asked if Id been experiencing any problems. I said no, all is good. On through the procedures we sailed along smoothly together until the polishing was done. Then it was time to set up my next appointment and be on my way. Its always a good experience here!!

The hygienists and Dr. Grunberger are the best I have ever been to. They treat you as a person and not just an account that they make money from. They are patient and caring and great with young children. My 6 and 8 year old granddaughters like them a lot. We have been going to Livonia Family Dental for years and would not change for anything.

Great staff, friendly, professional, not intimidating. Very nice waiting room. The Dr. was very professional, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend. Also, they have a very nice waiting room with coffee, tea, water, and sometimes a few snacks.
