I agree, Customer Service is horrible! The receptionist along with the whole staff team are inconsiderate and dont really pay much attention about the customers. Everytime I go there I would always have to wait additional +10 minutes, even when I arrive early. The staff themselves dont really act professional. Example, young lady who wear scrubs bottom with regular T-Shirt. Communication among the staff needs to improve. I came in asking for a consulation for Invisalign and then they did x-rays and teeth molding (keep in mind that at this point im assuming that I was definately getting invisalign) Finally right before we start the treatment, I was told that I was getting braces... Now what part of Invsialign didnt they undertand? One of the dentist assistant knew I wanted invisalign, but I dont understand why they didnt tell me sooner that I was ACTUALLY proceeding a BRACES treatment NOT invisalign. Example of the staffs not communicating effectly. Orthodontics only works every 2 weeks ONLY on MONDAYS. This is also really inconvenient, meaning you have to wait longer to start your treatment. Dont reccoment this place.

This place has been the good for my first year. However after that, Im getting all this late payments out of my Aetna coverage. From my last claim I talked to an agent from my insurance and i had to wait in the middle of the call because she had to contact AMERICAN DENTAL CENTER to talk about my payments. My bill is $220 after my insurance I only have to pay $113. So Ive been waiting for the new invoice since then but instead I received a final notice which is dated on Sept. 12 saying that they have to get the payment in the next 5 days; I receive this mail on Sept 17(today). I got no choice but to go online and pay for it. Very terrible miscommunication. Ive been with them for years ignoring all these but after today I am very disappointed. This would be the last. I felt like they care more about the money than their patients. I cant stop you from going there but youve been warned. Theres a lot of dentistry out there. dont limit yourself.

Ill forewarn you that they will mess up your billing causing you to pay extra out of pocket. I fought them for over a year on billing my correct insurance company by physically handing them my insurance card and they continued to send it to an insurance company Ive never had. They never would call me back. They threaten to send to collection with another copy of my insurance card, a formal letter stating who I talked to on what day and at what time, and a copy of all the claims they attempted to submit to the wrong insurance company. Yet they did nothing to fix it. I would highly recommend you to avoid using this company or it will cost you tremendously down the road!!

My wife and I have had the most horrible experience dealing with American Dental Centers in regards to our insurance. My employer changed dental insurance carriers, my wife and I had two different appointments in the same day - both presented our new insurance information the admin took a copy of our cards, however they continually would submit to the wrong carrier. This happened 6-7 times. We explained who our dental insurance was through, but they continued to submit to the wrong carrier. I highly recommend everyone in the Columbus area to avoid this location of American Dental Centers! Not only were they incompetent, they were also rude!

If it was possible, I would give 0 stars. This place has been horrible! They only have an orthodontist on the weekends, so if you miss an appointment, you have to wait a month to get back in. My daughter has been seen 4 times in a year, due to the inconsistent orthodonists they have or dont have on staff. The front desk staff are rude and unpleasant. The people are rough and have caused my daughter panic attacks from the pain. Please do your research. Do not waste your money on this practice.

My wife went to this place last year, she showed them the Dental insurance card, but they still billing to the wrong compnay, they sent to us alot of bills and they threatened her to send her to a collection, i called them 4 times and everytime i speak with someone they tell me they will be taking care of it this time but then again they sending us a diferent bill. i am going there today physically to tell them enough is enough. horrible place and i wont advice anyone to go thur this.

I just moved to Ohio not too long ago and I am trying to find a dentist that I am happy with. This is not one of them. The receptionist was rude. She had no customer service skills. After the dentist numbed me, I was sitting in that chair for almost an hour before he came back to me. I didnt feel welcomed. I didnt feel like they truly cared for my needs and issues. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have not been back since my 1st visit.

I had an issue with a filling I had received earlier in the year, but they scheduled me in for the next day and took care of it free of charge. I wasnt so impressed with the care I had received earlier from this place, but they appear to be under new management and the everyone that took care of me did a great job. Staff was very friendly, and the new dentist did a great job with the replacement filling.

this place was amazing. The doctors where very professional and they had many options on how to afford everything I needed. they did not pass any judgement (it had been quite a few years since I went to a dentist) I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent Service and a super polite secretary!!! =D

Been with them for just over a year. No issues so far other than scheduling availability. Only every other Saturday for check ups and adjustments. No issues with billing. Would recommend.

The doctors are gentle and helped me. Im very scared of going and they relaxed me. Plus it didnt hurt. You cant ask for more than that! It is very modern with TVs in every room.
