Reading these reviews is quite interesting. All of these reviews are two or more years old and that is something to take into consideration for starters. As a shopper and consumer I agree and understand that the "Customer Service" aspect of this particular Target store hasnt exactly been excellent. There have been significant changes in the quality of service in this particular store. The employee/guest relations have gotten significantly better over the last year, due to many changes from what I am to understand. I personally have noticed the employees taking more PRIDE in their jobs by being much friendlier than in the past. If you want to understand why some of the employees of the store tend to be unhappy to help, start listening to the way some of the GUESTS" as they prefer to call us speak to the said employees. The people I speak of are those that talk to the employees like they are simply just a number and dont really count. For those of you who would rather shop at a retailer that speaks and treats their "FEMALE" employees like complete trash, then PLEASE by all means go shop at the "other store" mentioned . Before you do, ask yourself how many times youve gone up to one of "those employees" (in the BALTIMORE area) and have been treated or spoken to as though you were wasting their time or bothering them. "Speak to people the way you would have them speak to you and and Im sure the results will be more positive".

This place is a scam. My wife met her deductible AND her out of pocket max. She did not owe a co-pay when she went, yet the charged her anything. I called to get a refund and the woman argued with me about my own insurance. She straight up ignored what I was requesting, so I asked for a manager. After several request, she finally let me speak to a manager. The manager claimed they couldnt give me a refund and if there was an overage, then we would automatically get a check. Well I got my EOB and guess what? I did NOT owe a co-pay and I still have NOT gotten a refund. These places are scam and stealing money!

Terrible! Signed in and kiosk said there would be a 45 min wait due to mandatory lunch break for employee. It asked did I want to be texted when it was my turn. I clicked yes. I walked around the store until I received text. I came back and it still said person was on a 20 min lunch break. I took a seat and 20 minutes later the nurse came out and asked what we were there for and stated she would now be taking her lunch break after I already waited an hour and was told she was on break. Unprofessional and kiosk is being used improperly if its not putting out correct info. Will not return!

Interesting list of reviews. The majority are from "A Google User" and very bad. From identified people, the reviews are much better. Ive been going to this Target for more than 15 years. I gave them 4 stars because thats what they deserve. One Google user stated how much better the Walmart is. I shop both several times per month. That reviewer is crazy. Everything about the Target is much better than the Walmart. I also use the pharmacy and the clinic. We have a lot of options are here. CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid, various grocery stores. My first choice is Target.

As someone who shopped at this Target regularly and dropped about $400.00 a month into their coffers it saddens me that I can no longer shop here. Target has made a contribution to a group which used the funds to create ads for an anti-gay politician who has defended a "christian rock band" that has said "Islam is more moral than christianity because they put homosexuals to death" By any standard this is extreme. Boycott Target till they make this right.

The cashiers are horrible at this target. The lines are always long and take forever. The employees are lazy, the store is dirty, and one cashier uses dirty rubber gloves when he works... Its a dive. Go to timonium or white marsh instead...

Bad customer service!! Dont go. If you need something the shelf will be empty and you will never get someone to help you if you cant find what you are looking for.

Not the nicest Target in the world, but serviceable. The Wal-Mart in the same shopping center is 10 times nicer... and I dont like Wal-Mart, but facts is facts.
