I am truly shocked and appalled with the lack of empathy I have been shown by Dr Seth Pomerantz over past 4 months Ive told you that Ive had a problem with the post in my gum which I have had the post for 11 months.,and you have been telling me about inflammation which I dont have cracked tooth which I dont have and When you removed my permanent crown you never checked to see if the post is lose which it is, as a Doctor to tell me I should just live with the sensation of every time I talk , eat I have to constant reminder about the post. you sent me to your colleague to have a consult which cost me money he found nothing wrong with my gum or tooth and he also did not want to address the problem that I clearly stated that the removal of my temporary crown caused this problem that I am having and neither Doctor want to address the problem. Right now I do not feel comfortable. I do not feel you have my health care is in the best interest of Dr Seth Pomerantz and South Florida Laser Dentistry When a Doctor Choose not to listen to the problem of his patience and check that problem out. Then your concern as a Doctor is about your practice and nothing to do with your patience Dr Seth Pomerantz I was shocked to receive X ray bills for the problem that South Florida Laser Dentistry caused me My name is Donald Young

Extremely professional office. When in the chair how I was faring with whatever procedure was occurring was of prime importance. I was comforted by getting an explanation of what was to come next. Before leaving the chair a description of what was go on during my next visit was relayed to me. After each visit what were the total charges; what my insurance company was going to pay for; and what was going to be my part to pay was carefully explained. Oh! And the video camera that was used to show me an errant tooth was truly valuable!

Ive been having Cherie clean my teeth for 16 years and shes excellent. Shes been cleaning my kids teeth for over a decade and they love her as well. Dr. Seth Pomerantz has been my dentist for over 5 years and he is very knowledgeable, professional, and has taken good care of my teeth. The office staff is very friendly and and helpful making appointments and taking care of insurance issues. I highly recommend South Florida Laser Dentistry to anyone.

Honest. It is really a shame, but I have seen there are many places that will convince you to do all sorts of un-needed procedures just so they can generate revenue. This is NOT one of those places- they have old-school integrity in everything they do. The office is clean and modern, the staff if very professional, and their prime concern is keeping you healthy; NOT MAKING MONEY !!! If you are looking for a good dentist, you found your place.

Ive been going to Dr. P since the late 90s. I live in West Palm now and still go to his office in Tamarac. Dr P runs a good practice. He is very easy going and not intimidating. Dr P is a good and honest dentist. Over the last 8 or 10 years, Michelle has been my hygienist. You are not going to find a better hygienist than Michelle. I would recommend Dr. P, Michelle and his practice to anyone.

Yesterday had me in tears, until I got into the office and Dr P and staff eased my concerns. An emergency root canal, post and crown is pretty terrifying first thing on Monday morning, but everyone explained step by step each phase of the procedure and calmed my nerves pretty much instantly. The clean, calm, relaxing environment was an added bonus but one very important to me.

I recommend Dr. Pomerantz to all my friends and family. The staff is amazing. The office is always clean.. Best experience ever! I love it here and would not go anywhere else...
