WORST experience ever! They called me multiple times to change the time of my appointment, a total of 3 times. Finally the day before the appointment it gets set at 12PM today. I get there at 11:45 AM. By 12 oclock 2 different people have walked in, they get called back within 15 minutes, and Im just waiting there.. 12:30 comes around, and one of the people who walked in after me was already in the way out the door, 12:50 the second person leaves.. they call me back at 1:05. An hour and twenty minutes waiting to go back! I go back and wait another 30 minutes and I didnt see a dr, so I walk out. I had to be at work, why call me to change my appointment time to just have me sit there and wait for over an hour and a half and not even see a freaking dr!! Never have I been to a dentist like that! As I was waiting to be seen, all the people weee talking and laughing and speaking in a Spanish, not one person acknowledged me and let me know what was going on. How can a professional place be ran this way!?!? Horrible !!! Never will I go back again! Maybe its because I wasnt dressed all fancy like Im rich like the other people, but I have a 3 month old baby who didnt sleep last night and Im exhausted! Horrible place, I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I just left the office and it was a great experience. I always had a bad experience with the dentist and to finally find a dentist that i dont mind the next appt is amazing. The Pines office is professional, clean and organized. I love Dr. Hernandez and the manager Oli is also awesome.

The staff is amazing and they do wonderful work. I had some extensive dental work done and the doctor and staff were very understanding and gentle, and they made my smile beautiful and functional again.
