DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!! Yesterday I experienced the WORST service from any type of medical/dental practice. I walked in for a scheduled root canal (1 hour) at 2:25pm. After waiting 15 minutes I asked the girl at the front desk (Jenny) how much longer. She said she was on the phone but that it should be soon. I told her I was on a lunch break and her response to me was "but your appt is an hour". She never got up nor did she ask the girl sitting 3 1/2 feet away to please help me. The dental assistant ended up calling my name. After the work was done it was now 4:08pm. I told the assistant that I had to get back to work but that I would call for my follow up appt. I asked if she could validate my parking pass it was then that Jenny was needed. The assistant asked Jenny to please stamp my pass but Jenny said her machine didnt work. The assistant proceeded to go in a drawer about 2 1/2 feet away from Jenny; however, Jenny couldnt do it cause she was "on the phone". She hung up the phone and in the midst of me telling the assistant that I would call Jenny blurted out "Cynthia I understand that youre in a hurry but you have a past due balance" she never once apologized for how rude she was. I asked her what her name was and she said "Jenny" I asked her what her last name was and she said that she did not need to give me that information. I demanded to speak to the office manager who seemed to not care about my issue. She never once looked at Jenny. She didnt have Jenny apologize instead she told me that what was done was done and then asked what could she help me with. I said "I think Jenny should be spoken to" It was then that OM stated that the issue would need to be handled later. She gave me no reassurance that the situation would be handled. I also told her I understood that Jenny could be overwhelmed and before I could finish my sentence Jenny said "oh Im not overwhelmed at all" clarifying that she COMPLETELY LACKED ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. How is it ok for Jenny to blurt out my name and balance but the OM couldnt have Jenny apologize. Perhaps Jenny who feels superior didnt feel worried about her position. Again, worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite all the bad reviews, I made an appointment for a cleaning because they are close to my home and covered by my insurance. That was a big mistake--never go to a place with bad reviews, especially when your teeth are involved. I spent two hours at this place, and saw a dentist for literally about 5 minutes. She came into the room, looked at my teeth very briefly and left--no cleaning, no going over the x-rays with me, no nothing. She basically said "you have a lot of cavities" and left. Then I sat there for an hour and the assistant came back and apparently I had 15 cavities and needed to see an oral surgeon for "something that was probably nothing." I have never been to a dentist that didnt go over your teeth and the x-rays with you, then all of a sudden they tell you that you have 15 cavities when they want to you to pay. Ive had 4 cavities in my life, and take very good care of my teeth. Im not saying that I dont have cavities, but the fact that they didnt show me anything or go over them with me was very, very suspicious. The assistant had already broken up the appointments so I could come back 7 times and pay a total of 1500 even with insurance. Plus, they never gave me a cleaning (which is what I scheduled), and didnt even offer to schedule one until I asked again at the end. The appointment took 2 hours, I saw a dentist for 5 minutes, never got a cleaning, and at the end the assistant explained nothing to me except quickly telling me how much I had to pay. This was a very, very uncomfortable experience and I highly recommend going somewhere else. Also, do the research: this chain has a lot of issues and hundreds of complaints. Ive been to many dentists, and this was the worst experience Ive ever had by far.

First off I have to say only people who have bad things to say will actually take the time to write a review. Every time Ive been to this location Ive probably heard twice some type of unhappy patient complaining at the front. Ive been coming to this office for over 10 years and to only hear two patients complaining seems pretty small compared to the many appointments Ive been to in 10+years. Most of the bad reviews here are related to money and insurance issues or having your mouth in bad shape and being in denial about your oral hygiene. Its 2017 people, its time to educate yourself on the type of insurance coverage YOU picked for yourself, NOT the office. People dont get it and I understand maybe its the lack of knowledge we as patients may have when it come to insurances and copayments but ALL insurance companies are in the business NOT to pay...they, the insurance company tells you that your coverage is great but in reality they ALL suck. All of the staff at this location are phenomenal Everyone is very helpful, very friendly and Ive never felt uncomfortable or being taken advantage of at any moment. Office is very clean and all the doctors there have been there for a very long time as well. Not a big turnover rate at all, like most medical/dental offices out there. I would take all my family there and have the upmost trust to this company and staff at the Dadeland location. Do your homework on YOUR insurance coverage. Educate yourself before you blame others for something you picked. If you had a great experience, share it!!! We need more of the good ones out there not just the negative ones. One love ❤️ Mel

They totally suck. Make you sit there for hours while they go back and forth with other patients , then show up with an inflated bill that is double what its supposed to be ( I had estimates from other dentists, which both happened to be in line with each other, and half what these guys wanted to charge), and cant explain to you properly why they added all those costs. The assistant (who barely spoke English of course), tried to bs "explain" it to me, I gave up on her. I went to the reception, where a 18 year old girl tried to explain it too, but couldnt because she had no idea what was going on (not her fault of course, she shouldnt have to be the one explaining that to me). Meanwhile, the actual dentist is standing behind her, playing on her phone, ignoring the whole conversation and not even trying to help the girl out or explain to me why they tacked on an extra grand over what other dentists had quoted me. My family member had also been there a year before and warned me about them, saying they made her wait forever, that one of the machines were broken, etc. I didnt listen because they seem so nice at first, and theyre close to where i live. Never again. Stay the hell away from this place. I left without doing anything, the problem is people just pay whatever these places quote them, because they dont want to waste more time, take another day off, etc. I know its hard, but please dont fall for these tricks. They continue to play us for suckers.
