My visit was bad, I have been to this place many times due to back pain & knee problems, shoulder pain, I do have proof of said problems & today was it, I felt like a person who was there just to get drugs, question by someone in front of people in waiting room, yes she sat down in waiting room & asked why I didnt have a reg doctor, and why I left the last one, and why wasnt Stanford taking care of my back pain, ya know all I wanted was a muscle relaxer called soma, since Ive not had them in 2 or 3 mo. This would be why I was feeling so much pain. I was told first OK. Then the lady came out to make me feel like crap. I one time saw a paper on my file it read " frequent flyer" I had a problem with kidney stones, but if this is how people are treated then I am going to let everyone know not to expect much help from the doctors there. Its not how people should be treated, Ive lived here over 25 yrs. & I smell bull crap & will see that the women who felt it was OK to talk to me in front of everyone about personal things is put in check, because that is a big no no. I am due to have shoulder replacement soon g& back surgery #2. So I am in a lot of pain & I never asked for pain pills. Who are they to judge anyone.

Emergency room is extremely small. Triage and nurses take a very long time to tend to you even when there are very little people there. The nurses in the ER are always in a foul mood. The wait is extremely long for the doctor to only see you and speak to you for 15 minutes max. Also the cafeteria ladies dont even know how to change the coffee filter to make more coffee. I have been visiting this hospital for over 5 years ad it just seems to be getting worse everyday.

The staff there are amazing people. They really strived to treat me quickly and efficiently. They listened to everything I had to say as well as answered every question I had, including all my repeat questions. They explained the treatment very clearly and always had my best interest at heart. Truly wonderful people. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone in need of emergency services.

My daughter recently went to the ER with severe stomach pain during the battery of test and xrays and scans her necklace was removerd from her and "misplaced" and a month later yet to be found. This peice of jewely holds tremendous sentimental value to her and can never be replaced. .thank you Los Banos Memorial Hospital staff, for this and unecessarily removing her perfectly healthy appendix.

I am from the Bay Area and I was worried about this hospital due to how small it was. My son had a 104.4 fever. They admitted him right away and performed every test possible. I recieved the same care here that I had at the larger hospitals. The staff was also very friendly and they made my son comfortable even when he got an IV.

Now night and went to some bed hospitals but hands down this place needs to be shut down they put my IV in in the waiting room I said in there for five hours nobody said nothing bas bad bad bad

Cpr class no where to be found after asking 15different people. Now I see why they make you pay before the class. Complete waste of my time and money. I advise to try cpr anywhere else

@$!#ing horrible was made to wait for four hrs in blinding pain just to get blood pressure taken. The staff is terribly uncaring, and the doctors are idiots. I wouldnt bring my dog here.

They sent my 81 year old mother home saying nothing was wrong when she had had a stroke!!! The most Unempathetic, rude, incompetent, unprofessional people I have ever in my life met!!!!!

This hospital is horrible...if u ever have an emergency dont ever go to the los banos memorial hospital they will most likely have u waite 2 to 7 hours the least...simply horrible..
