This is a joint office between this lovely chiropractor and his horrible counterpart Dr carole brown a primary care physician and her staff of incompetent office employees. My family including myself went there to all get physicals and do a regular annual check up long story short my daughter had a little rash, this was remedied. Fast forward to this year my daughter started day care and a florida blue form needed to be filled out. So me the ignorant dad brought it to the doc to get filled out by the direction of the daycare. When there the office staff had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. Then they proceeded to say that no physical was done because she had a rash? What does having a rash has to do with doing a physical, if anything shouldnt it warrant one? The sole purpose was to get a physical when we were there the few month prior. So with that they were not able to fill out my daughters physical worksheet and said that she needed to be brought in to do an additional physical, mind you her physical was done 6 months ago. This women has absolutely horrible bedside manner and looks at her patients as a monetary figure rather than a human being. a transaction that should have not taken more than 10 minutes at most, that being a stretch, has now has turned into losing a valuable client. No I will not be doing business with you again. What a damn shame! All because you were trying to milk my insurance yet again! This is wrong and I will be reporting this to my insurance

If there was a higher star rating system I definitely will be putting more stars. Me and my ten-year-old son country car accident we are doing physical therapy there along with the myself doing decompression also massage therapy dr. Unger as a professional couldnt say enough good things about him. His staff massage therapist and the funny great humored women at the front desk are a pleasant to see whenever you walk in the door very clean and professional I wouldnt go anywhere else from now on. :-)
