Dr. Anthony Stanganelli and his staff are great and take care of me every time I see them. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in what they do. If you are in search of a good chiropractor, look no further. They offer chiropractic, therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, adjustment, physical therapy, myofascial release, etc. Spinal Health Chiropractic Center is located in sunny Pinellas County on the Gulf Coast of Florida, serving Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Pinellas Park, Tarpon Springs and Seminole .
