Excellent...what more can I say? Dr. Erin Mitchell is an exceptional chiropractor and knows her field of chiropractic very well. In the past I steered away from chiropractors because of not having a good experience. Erin took the time to explain the purpose of the body connections and how & why this type of medical service works. I went to Erin for a neck spasm and she was able to rid my body of this spasm & headache. I explained to Erin I also had a pinched nerve in my neck for the past 15 years and no doctor, therapist, or massage therapist could truly get rid of this. Well...Erin did!!! As well I have had a sciatica in my left hip for a few years. I could relieve this with stretches however, I knew it was always there. Dr. Mitchell was able to remove the pain 90%...as I then learned of a particular balancing exercise that removed the pain completely. With Erin working on my hip adjustments and low back pain, my center back pain & neck I am totally assured of her medical applications for chiropractic services working. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erin & her knowledge...She is an amazing doctor and can truly help you. Elizzabeth D

I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell. After my sessions with Dr. Mitchell I felt immediate relief for my lower back and life has been much more comfortable ever since. On top of the actual treatment, I REALLY appreciated that she didnt pressure me to come in any more than was truly necessary. I came in more often early on when my problems were more severe but as things got better she weened me off to coming in less often. Her focus was on getting me feeling better and not going after my wallet. I was skeptical about going to a Chiropractor but it one of the best decisions I ever made.

Dr. Mitchell is terrific! I was training for a triathlon, when the pain in my lower back got so bad, it was almost impossible to even walk. I went to Dr. Mitchell and the first adjustment to my lower back brought some much needed pain relief. She did several more adjustments and showed me some at-home stretches. With her help, I was able to get back on track and ran my first triathlon on 11/8/15! Thank you Dr. Mitchell!

I was at my wits end. Neither my MD or massage therapist could help get rid of my lower back pain. I have been going to Dr Mitchell for less than a week and cant believe the positive difference. Great technique, very knowledgable and good health partner. I highly recommend Dr Mitchell especially if you are hesitant about the benefits of chiropractic. She made me a healthy believer.
