Dr. Anne Pierce is amazing. There is no one else like her. We have lived all over the country, and taken our dogs to countless veterinarians over the years, and we have never known a veterinarian (or a doctor for people, for that matter) like Dr. Pierce. Even if we moved out of the state, as long as we were within driving distance, we would still drive back to Colorado Springs to take our dog to see Dr. Pierce!! Special, brilliant, kind, honest, trustworthy, awesome, caring, compassionate...there simply arent enough adequate adjectives to describe how incredible Dr. Pierce truly is...how much she cares about animals...her extraordinary patience with pet parents who ask a zillion questions...her honesty, her trustworthiness, her generosity of time and her respect for both the animal patients in her care and their families...her desire to put caring for animals above making a profit...her genuine kindness and compassion toward the animals she treats... Dr. Pierce, and the entire staff at Village Center Vet, are truly awesome, special, and amazing. Best care. Best prices. Best clinic. Best staff. Best doctor. Most awesome folks in Colorado Springs. Paws down.

I first met Dr. Pierce many years ago when she was just starting out and have followed her to each of her destinations since. It was sometime in the late 90s I guess when she won my adoration - I had a basset hound that had a lot of strange issues (I might add she was my first of many pets that ended up with strange issues that Dr. Pierce has tackled). I still remember to this day her telling me one day that she had been researching my dogs issues the night before- with all the other patients that really got to me. She takes the time to listen to you, you never feel rushed during an appointment, she explains everything thoroughly and never goes overboard with unneccessary tests etc. She also has a great staff working for her, even though Im not sure its a great thing that the front office knows me when I call :), I do appreciate that they do. Of course they have been with her many years as well. Its just comforting to be greeted by the same faces and smiles you have been for years. Top notch veterinarian and top notch staff!!

I have a 13 year old toy poodle. She has been in need of having all her teeth out. Went to another vet office and they wanted to charge me $2500 to have this done. Yesterday morning my poodle couldnt close her mouth completely because of her loose teeth. Dr. Pierce came highly recommended by a friend who knows vets. I called at 9:30am and we were in the office by 10:30am. Donna is amazing and so welcoming! The entire office is immaculate. Dr Pierce was so kind and explained EVERYTHING to me and there was no pressure. She was truly concerned for my dog. I was able to have her teeth removed that afternoon! The fee that Dr. Pierce quoted me was actually much LESS when all was said and done! My dog is doing wonderful and feels so much better today, just one day later! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pierce to anyone looking for a truly caring and wonderful vet with an amazing staff to match!!

My dog Cutie Pie is everything to me. I took him to a few vets to get him checked out. One vet, I paid $300 for them to tell me what I already knew, he had an broken tooth that was infected. I paid the price for the antibiotics and the visit and then they gave me a quote to remove the one tooth. On the low end, it would be $900 and on the high end it would be $1200. I called around to get a second opinion and a friend referred me to Dr. Pierce with Village Animal Clinic. She got my dog in quickly and pulled 3 teeth, (2 were questionable too.) and she charged me only what she said she would, $350. She was professional, nice and honest. I would not take Cutie Pie anywhere else again. I also would like to mention Zachary and Donna at the front desk. Once again, they were professional, understanding and kind. Thanks to all at Village Center!

The best! Dr. Pierce and her staff are wonderful, helpful and caring professionals. I take my two puppy-mill survivor dogs to Dr. Pierce and I know my dogs will be be well taken care of. I was recommended to Dr. Pierce by a friend and I could not be happier. After going through 2 other veterinarians in the last two years, I know I have finally found facility and staff, that I can trust and my dogs will have the very best care. The staff is terrific, friendly and professional. It was very easy getting my dogs accounts setup and transferring in my previous vet records. They made things very easy for me and my dogs. Wonderful place!

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Pierce and her team. My mom took all of our dogs to Dr. Pierce growing up, and my husband and I wouldnt have chosen any other vet now that we are grown up with a furry family of our own. Besides being extremely knowledgable Dr. Pierce and team will never pressure you to make expensive care decisions or make you feel guilty. Dr. Pierce makes me feel empowered as a pet parent--she is an excellent ally and source of information. Patty, Donna, and the rest of the team at the practice are equally friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I am so pleased that Dr. Pierce is my vet. My cat became very ill a week ago and I received exceptional care at her clinic. The cats illness continued for a week and Dr. Pierce continued to eliminate the possible causes through testing and x rays without performing anything too invasive or painful for her. I appreciated the doctors skill and expertise. The cat is now recovering and will be fine. The care and competence of the staff and doctor are admirable. This lady will be my vet for life. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Pierce and her staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and talked from a position of trust, not from a position of power, making my visit an informative and helpful conversation rather than an exercise in head nodding and following orders. Dr. Pierce also made it a positive experience for all of the animals I help care for, ranging from a 10 lb geriatric grandma to a 100 lb upstart teenager. I now exclusively schedule appointments here, and highly recommend her and her practice.

My dogs and I are visiting from MA and needed vet care. We received prompt and high quality care. One of my dogs has major fear issues when receiving medical care. It was never an issue because he received the shot he needed outside of the building. He never got upset or scared. He was happy! To top it all off, the price of the visit was a fraction what I normally pay at my regular vet. I want to move to CO so we can continue to be customers of this amazing practice. Thank you!

When we adopted our dog Jemma, we found out she had a fairly bad case of heartworm. Working with our rescue organization, we took her to Village Center Veterinary Care for her 3 heartworm injections and, later on, her spay and dewclaw removal. Dr. Pierce is amazing! She was always very responsive in answering my many questions and so nice to work with. The support staff reflect this superb quality of care. I would absolutely recommend this vet clinic!
