I think the drs here are wonderful, but the receptionist needs to take a etiquette class. She is rude, uncaring and unwilling to accommodate with appointments. For a Animal Hospital I would think that you would have available more timely options for your clients to get in to be seen then 5 days waiting time. Very disappointed that the one answering the phone isnt as concerned about there clients as the drs are.

I had an appointment at 2:00 and its now 3:30 and i still havent been helped. The doctor didnt hesitate to help a customer that showed up 30 minutes after i did and he gave me no explanation or anything to say i was gonna have to wait longer. this wait is ridiculous and to make it worse i can hear the doctors coversate in the back but not help loyal customers. smh
