Im highly upset with this place and the staff. If you truly love your pets do not bring them to this place! They do not care about them (needless to say, it is a veterinary clinic whos supposed to care about the well being of our pets), or what you have to say; they just want your money. Even after we explained where we thought the pain was coming from(mouth area) they came to their own conclusion and misdiagnosed him. They sent us down the path that the problem was in the neck and spine area, they said he could become paralyzed. If that wasnt bad enough, my bf attempted to schedule a second appointment to have the vet take a look at my dogs mouth because my dog was in a lot of pain and acting the way he was the first time he was brought to this clinic. The bald male vet assistant became aggressive toward my bf, did not let him make the appointment, and they would not see my dog. He kicked them out nearly an hour before closing time, he did not care if my dog was in pain. The next day we were told to find another veterinary clinic(I would not bring my baby back to this place anyway). $1000 and another vet later we find out he had a broken jaw all along. Just save yourselves the headache and money! Take them elsewhere, where they care about your pets and what you have to say.(Northeast vet are same owners)

My multiple visits here have given me mixed feelings about this clinic. As another reviewer wrote, the front desk staff truly is always nice. The assistants are normally friendly. The prices, in all honesty, is what keeps me coming here. I dislike going here because of the conversation (or lack thereof) I have had with one of the vets. It is cold, awkward and it seems like I can sense subliminal blame in any issues that are pointed out. I was even explaining something today, and was very rudely cut off in the middle of my sentence when she wanted to talk to the assistant instead. The other vet is awesome though, is very personable and friendly, and makes up for the 2 star review I probably would have given.

By far the worst service as far as employees knowing the price of services provided. I asked a lady at the front desk with black and blue hair how much would be the total for my puppy to get an exam. She told me the price would be no more than $20 so I stayed. After the veterinarian exams my puppy she tells me the exam is $60. First and LAST time I will ever go to that clinic. I will also make sure I let other people not to go there as well. They are clearly there just for your money.

Very angry with this place this is our 2nd dog they had us put down. They wanted $2,000 for the surgery or we have to put her down. Needless to say we didnt want to go with the 2nd option so we tried to negotiate with them if we can help our dog in other ways they refused. Obviously they just want your money I wouldnt recommend anyone to take their dog there unless they are ready for lies and say goodbye to your beautiful dog.

I cannot begin to explain how happy i am to have found this place! Everyone here is extremely nice and you can tell they really care about the well being of your pets. I bring my Ellie & my Trixie here and they love it. I wanna give special thanks to Doctor Dettman for helping save my Trixie. She wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for you, and i am forever grateful.

They have 2 very knowledgeable vets here and have saved my bacon on more than one occasion. The front staff and assistants are very nice and will even remember you by name. The prices are fair and compared to over vets Ive been to Id much rather put my pets well being in their hands. If I was a pup this is the place I would hope to be brought to.

I went in to have dental surgery on my 3lb yorkie. The staff and vet were all really nice and took really good care of my dog. The price was reasonable, might even say cheap as they took out 14 teeth. They even called days later to make sure she was doing fine. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good service for a good price.

Although I havent gone to this clinic for very long, I have been very happy with the help and treatment here. I very much appreciate that they hold a vaccine clinic on the weekends to help out families with cost. Doctor Dettman is a gem, she is great with my dog and very patient and kind. The staff are wonderful too.

Absolutely fantastic. Patient and kind staff both at the front desk and working with the animals. My two dogs loved it there, even my fear-aggressive one was comfortable enough to take treats from the lady helping us whom shed never met! I love it and will take my pets there as long as I live in El Paso!

Every time Theodora and Penelope have been sick or hurt I know they are in good hands. The doctors and technicians are so great with my girls and I appreciate all the love we get when we have to go in. They handle Pennys anxieties and Theas allergies very well. Thank you for such great service!

They are amazing. Dr was very honest with my dogs situation. She gave me various options and she was very supportive. I had to put my dog to sleep and a week letter the staff sent me and my family a condolence card with my dogs paw on it. I thought that was very thoughtful. Thank u guys....

The front desk is nice, her assistances are always smiling and very friendly with me and my dog, and they do get the job done. The only problem I have is my dogs vet. She hardly smiles, has a very dull attitude, and she makes me feel stupid like if I dont take care of my dog or love her.

Taken 12 years worth of dogs here, everything from vaccines to surgeries. Recently got a tumor removal here for my cocker. Amazing service! Friendly, courteous, good pricing, attentive and really really loving of our furry family members. Highly recommend!
