Bad experience! Not only is Teller Park Veterinary Service way more expensive than other veterinary services in town, their lack of experience and incompetence made my dog needlessly suffer with two side effects that brought more co-pays and more prescription cost over their already expensive previous charges. We ended up taking our dog to a reputable veterinary clinic in town that quickly identified the problem as infection caused from the extraction of 4 teeth in the dental surgery and the lack of antibiotics that Teller Park Veterinary Service neglected to prescribe. The new vet was shocked by what we were charged by Teller Park Veterinary Service for the services we received and puzzled why they didnt prescribe antibiotics? According to the new vet, infection is very common after dental surgery and thats consistent with what our out of state veterinary friends are saying that they "wouldnt have even considered sending a patient home after dental surgery or cleanings without antibiotics!" This also coincides with our past experience with the same issue. Weve had dental surgery on our dog before at our old vet that cleaned and pulled 7 teeth and they prescribed antibiotics, and it was half the price of Teller Park Veterinary Service with no side effects, extra cost or suffering. At the end of the day, the new vets co-pay and prescription cost combined was less than Teller Park Veterinary Services co-pay alone and my dog finally got some much needed relief. Never going back to Teller Park Veterinary Service again! We felt nickeled and dimed to death , ripped off and suffered because of their incompetence, it was just awful all the way around!

While on a weekend getaway, our dog wasnt acting like himself. After realizing he was sicker than we thought, we quickly Googled the nearest veterinarian which brought us to Teller Park. The staff was amazing, to say the least. They saw our pup right away and made us feel welcome and comfortable; they made us coffee, played with our daughter and gave her a cute stuffed animal while we spoke to the vet. Within 30 minutes, we had a diagnosis and medicine for our pups ailments and they put our mind at ease reassuring us that everything would be fine. They saved the day and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation with a healthy pup! Thank you, Teller Park! You truly are a class act!

I took my 12 yo dog in for an infected tooth. I was made to feel like the worst pet owner ever as I did not have 600 dollars to have her teeth pulled and cleaned. I said I could make payments to have the work done but was told that this would not be possible. The pushiness and better than you attitude from most the staff in cluding the vet left me feeling angry and upset. I love my animals and do the best I possibly can for them. Since Dr. Lemmons has taken over the compassion for animal and owner is no longer there. I will definately not be going back.

We had a wonderful experience. They got us in last second when we were worried about our kitty! They have amazing customer service, everyone is so friendly and they called to check up on our kitty the day after our appointment too. They also have a very nice, clean office and when we came they had a sign welcoming us with ours and our cats name on it even though this was our first appointment with them and it was last second! I highly recommend Teller Park Vet and will be back if we ever need any other veterinary services for our pets!

Dr. Lemons was almost an hour behind on an appointment for my cat, periscope. She charged me $20 to trim my cats nails, yet only clipped her front paws. The customer service at this establishment is terrible and one of the receptionists is incredibly nosey and downright creepy. For the record, It is socially unacceptable to bring religion into casual conversation with my husband while charging his credit card. Sidenote: Dr. Lemons thought another cat of ours that died of lymphoma had "three kidneys".

After 15 years 9 months the soul that I love the most was in pain all night. Dr. Lemons had been helping me keep my best friend alive for the past two years, with a passion I have seen in few human physicians. But the time finally came. Dr. Lemons allowed me to hold Him in my arms outside on the tailgate of my old truck, it was a bright Colorado September day and I did not want Him to put be put down inside. Her kindness and compassion to both "Buddy" and I will never be forgotten.

We had our adopted puppy spayed here as it was included with our adoption fee. I must say that the office staff were really nice and I thought they did a great job with the surgery. They did not push all of the "additional services" that most vets push but they recommended pain medication for our puppy, which was less than $20. They called a few days later to check on her and update her chart. Overall, a fabulous experience and I would recommend them if you are in the area.

We have had Teller Park as our vet for the life of our happy Yellow Lab, five years now. The entire staff: Dr. Lemons, Tammy Bryan, Bonnie....all of them have always been friendly, accommodating and professional in what they do. My dog gets insanely happy when we take her there. I find their pricing to be competitive and gladly go there because I know our dog will always be treated well.

This is the best veterinarian I have ever been to. Even though I had no appointment, and they had never seen my dog, they went above and beyond to make sure they could see her. I would absolutely recommend anyone take there fur babies here!
