I have several rather serious medical issues and was recommended to Dr. Plummer about 3 weeks ago. Her nurses were wonderful, but she did not listen and seem to care. She prescribed me 3 medications, 2 of which make no sense and took a blood sample. Of course I tired to call and figure out why she prescribed the medications as well as get blood results. The first call I was told that they would call me back winton 24 hours with my results and an explanation. No call. Second call they told me Dr. Plummer would be writing me a note shortly. No note. Third call I left a voicemail. No reply. Fourth call voicemail again. It has been 3 weeks I still do not know why 2 medications were prescribed to me or the results of my blood tests. If you want a caring doctor who will explain things to you and is open for communication, DO NOT go see Dr. Paula Plummer.

this woman was my doctor when i was a child, from the age of 12 up to the age of 16. she was dismissive of me (even at 16), and would examine my glands, while asking my mother how i was feeling. she rarely spoke directly to me, and ignored me several times, when i complained of what was later diagnosed as a fairly serious mitral valve regurgitation. when i was 13, i tried very seriously to kill myself: i took 550 Extra Strength Excedrin. according to every MD and pharmacist who has ever heard the example has said that an adult would not have survived--but i did, no thanks at all to paula plummer. my mother called the doctors service, the doctor called back, and an ambulance WAS NEVER CALLED. she is terrible. if you want to die, or for your children to be misdiagnosed as a matter of course, by all means, go see this quack.

Dr. Plummer is very helpful, she makes sure you understand everything that is going on and what is the next step you should take when it comes to your health. I highly recommend her to anyone that loves organization!!
