I had an appointment set for 9:45, I showed up at 9:20 as I was already out so I checked in early. The staff was not nice or welcoming. They were not necessarily rude but definitely didnt go out of there way to make a new patient feel welcome. Then I finally go called back at 10:20, 35 minutes after my appt. time. The Nurse was pretty cold and not personable. Did her thing, checking my blood pressure, temp etc. then she just left the room without saying anything. 40 minutes later I was still in the room and had not seen the Doctor. Not to mention I have my 1 year old with me the entire time. I go out to the front to tell them that I want a refund because it is taking to long. At this point it is almost an hour and 1/2 after my appt time. And no one at the front desk, tries to fix it, see if someone else can help me, or tell me it will just be two minutes, or wait... I dont know, even apologize!!!!!! The lady cant even figure out how to issue a credit right. At least 10 minutes after I left the "Practice Manager" called and said she was sorry. Too little too late.

Love the doctor, however am on a hunt for new one after todays treatment from office staff. Checked in with receptionist, I had appt time mixed up by 20 min...Id fasted over night for full physical, so obviously it was a mistake. The receptionist was "snippy" and rude to me the minute I walked in, saying " I am the one who called you last night...so I know what time you were supposed to be here." She walked to the break room briefly, returned and said I could not be seen..I would have to reschedule for a month 1/2 away. I told her that is completely unacceptable since I have waited extensively to see her in the past. I am sure if I spoke with her she would work me in. The receptionist then told me that was the policy. So I told her I would find a new doctor...I do not need this unprofessionalism, rude behavior and hassle in my life to see a doctor!! The office staff has always been deplorable...it has just moved up to unbelievable and discriminatory !! Stay far, far away!!

I have been to their place many times. The Doctors are very nice and friendly. Especially, Dr. Sheshadri, whom I see, is exceptionally friendly and smart. No complaint about them. However, the staff at front are not very friendly, nor helpful. Arent they get paid for? Hardly ever get the phone calls answered. If I stop-by to pick-up a paperwork, if it is lunch time, no one will be available. What a place!!! Very slow in processing anything. The bathroom, in the waiting room, is most of the time, out of order and water everywhere. (I only try to use 3 times and I couldnt use it all 3 times. I complained about it - and that is it). Where do I call to complain about this place?

I have called numerous times over the last couple of weeks and they just do not respond. I really like Dr. Sheshadri but their follow up is terrible. Im actually considering going somewhere else because of this. I called and talked to the Office Manager and thats the only time the staff responded, said they would call me back and that was a week and a half ago. Still no call back. Good Dr., terrible staff!

If I could give less than one star I would...I waited more than an hr even with an appointment. The doctor said she would change my medication without even getting my blood work back. The blood tech pierced my vein on the side...she admitted it and told me to keep it wrapped tight for a while...I took the dressing off two hours later and I still had bleeding...this place is horrible

Waited 45min in the Lobby with an Appt and another 35 min inside the room waiting for the doctor. They really dont have any and I mean any sense of Urgency. Horrible personal touch. Changed doctor asap and now my total visit is 30min with my new doctor. Thats when you realize they really can be Quick if they want to, but chose not too. Unacceptable to me.

Horrible ppl,.these Drs dont care about u .,only their money. A lady had to come from Galveston to pay for her daughter to just see the Dr. Lol ..what happen to the oath of the Dr they take before they get their MD. Lol....all down the drain when they see the $$... hahah # wouldnt take my Dog here !..

so bad this is the last place you want to come when you feel like crap because they will make you wait forever! i waited for 20 minutes and i was right on time for my appointment. staff is very boring and un-interactive. The only office that had an appointment available, wont be returning

Very bad service, staff and doctor are not helpful. It seems that every question bothers them. They forget that we the costumers are paying for their services. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and even though the location is very convenient, I would say to look somewhere else.

Always has good experience with this place . Dr Fatima is an excellent provider will not change until she retires. staff working there are doing their best and not easy to please everyone. Will stay here as long we can

I loved this doctors office. Dr. Gwen was very nice and professional. Took her time seeing me and answered every question I had. I def enjoyed this visit and got a lot of answers.

Would be zero stars but unfortunately not an option. Was told to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Was finally brought back to the room 1 hour and 20 minutes later.
