I took my wife to this office to see Anne M. Ponce de Leon, M.D. and she was very nice and a good Doctor we had no insurance so they gave us a break on price. I paid them $120.00 for her visit and labs and now they are trying to bill me for the labs again!! “It is a shame that she is part of this practice other wise I would take my family to her” I went with insurance to a different Doctor, Doctor Judie and he came in the room for less the three min I was trying to explain what was going on then he walked out before I could finish telling him anything. To my surprise the nurse gave me paper work to get lab work done of Corse I did not do that as I did not even get a chance to let him what was going on. Later I was billed for the office visit and the lab work and now it is on my credit report as a write off. And yet they still want me to pay them. Do not go here as they will bill you for things they do not even do!!

I have gone to this practice for 10 years. Dr. Little cares a lot as does Dr. Trippett. I have seen each but changed to Dr. Little because I seemed to connect better with him. I have read some pretty bad things about Family Practice on this site, so I wanted to speak up. Keep in mind, most people only write something due to a negative experience. For every bad one, there are usually hundreds more that are good. In a time when "Genral Practice" doctors have to create businesses like this to make a good living (and they deserve to if they spend that long in school), they offer a level of understanding and compassion seen at small boutique practices. Finally, I have seen several of the other doctors once or twice over the years, and I have never had a bad experience. If you cannot get your Primary Physician, do not hesitate to ask for someone who has a time available.

He truly cares about your well being I trust him with all my healthcare needs. The worse front desk service ever! The receptionist wants to determine how sick you are before giving you an appoinment with the doctor. Then she makes sure you understand that you need to be there early, so you can wait for a doctor that is always running late, and spending less than 15 minutes with you!

Havent had a physical in 2 years and decided to try Dr McClendon he is a very caring and experienced Dr and I felt at ease with him. He himself called me the next day with my blood results and chatted like we were old friends! Great Doctor
