Dr. Loya seems attentive and caring upon first meeting her. Other appointments, she seemed rushed and didnt take the time to understand my problems or concerns. I went elsewhere to look into a problem she didnt address, and I took the results back to her office and they suggested I get a full check-up. Receptionist made the appointment for the exam but failed to tell me that I would need to fast. When I went to the appointment, they wanted me to come back the next day for blood work after fasting (and pay another copay). After I spoke with them about their mistake (plus having to make 2 visits), they agreed to not charge me. The medicine I was prescribed began giving me side effects, so I contacted the office and left a message. I had to call back the next day, because the office never called me (this has happened to me more than once at this office). Dr. Loyas receptionist instructed me that Dr. Loya said to go to a specialist. She never told me how to handle the problem with the medicine. I wont be going back. I am not sure if this office has a staffing problem (not returning phone calls, not giving messages to the doctor, not giving proper instructions when scheduling appointments, etc.), but I would expect the doctor to return a call if a medication is causing serious side effects instead of telling me to see a specialist. It seems that she is too busy follow up.

Doctor Loya, and her nursing staff, has for many years managed my health concerns with true professionalism. She ask questions of the problems that I have, and she has always made the right diagnosis. Her office always reminds me of when to fast for my three month blood work, and calls me as soon as its finished, with the results. If your looking for a great Doctor, which is attentive to your health concerns, there is no need to look any further than Dr. Georgina Loya MD

I am very disappoint with everyone in this office as soon as I have them my personal information and my Insurance card they charged me right away I told them that my Ded was met and my Opp was met so their for my Insurance would pay at 100% and they charged me the 20% of the bill I never had to pay anything at my own Doctors Office ☺Dr.Gomez #1 (Garland Texas) Im honestly very upset and I wouldnt Recommend any of your love ones to come here to get Medical Care

I will definantley not be coming back here mainly because of the Dr. She was so rude to me she kept cutting me off made it seem like I was irritating her with my concerns and at one point was even arguing with me instead of actually showing that she cared at all Ive never had such a terrible expierence with a Dr. ever and she has done this on multiple occasions but today by far was the worst ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

She is rude!!! Do NOT go to her. She gets irritated when you ask her questions and raises her voice to almost yelling. I cant believe she is still in business. No wonder reviews are bad!! Please take advice and DO NOT go to this awful lady!
