If I could rate lower I would. This woman has seen my son twice, and has kept us waiting hours after our scheduled appointments other times. When I asked the nurse how much longer the wait would be because I have to go back to work I was told that this doctor runs 30 minutes to 3 hours late on any given day and that is not going to change. This isnt a clinician who takes emergencies or delivers babies, there is no excuse for that!

I have been seeing Dr. Franz, and she is one of the best doctors I have seen. Yes, you do wait their however when you get into the doctors office she takes her time with. She truly tries to get to know her patients. I have waited on other doctors and they rush me out of the office. So if this doctor makes me wait, but spends time with me and listens to my concerns thats ok with me. I take a book to her office.

Dont come here, you will wait forever to get in and out of this office Im here every three months and my wait is anywhere between 2 - 3 hours what other Doctor other than Dr Franz makes your wait that long nobody that I know of and I have had many Doctors in my time normal time 15-30 minutes ugh ugh ugh

Dr. Franz takes the time to make sure your care is the best. Schedule an early appointment if you dont have time to wait for an extraordinary doctor. She is a great DO!
