Where do I start? Place looks great, clean, staff, nice but I felt they did not have the best interest of the patient and are just money hungry despite he is a Holistic and Green Doctor. Dr Glaros recommended an unnecessary Inlays via his Cerec machine which is a procedure that cost $1500 vs a composite filling that cost $375. I went to my local dentist for cleaning and xray. I have three amalgam fillings. From hearing all about the toxics and mercury vapors,I wanted to ge them replaced with Composite but following the IAOMT protocol. So I found Dr Glaros on the IAOMT website I send the doctor my xrays that was taken 4 days ago to have them look. They ignored my xray and said we have to do a full examination and that will cost $295. They took 15+ xrays. The doctor did spend time with me before the examination but very little after. They key was what is the plan of action or go forward plan? He said I need three inlay and simply left. Doing research, you really need an inlay only when your filling is very large and little of the original tooth is there. Well two of my three teeth current filling is small. He has the Cerec machine for inlay, onlay and crowns which cuts the same shape you need to fit. This is truly necessary when your filling is large and have little structure. I felt he was not looking in the best interest of me, but in the best interest of his profits and his contract with Cerec. That mean he will need to grind or drill out your good tooth beyond just the decay. I will not go there again. Found a doctor in Austin that just fabulous.

Ive known Dr. Glaros for a long time. Ive worked with a lot of dentists and find Dr. Glaros to be one of the most professional, honest people I have come across in any business, not just dentistry. Some doctors tell patients what they think the patient wants to hear. While that may make patients happy, that doesnt follow the Hippocratic Oath. Your doctor should tell you the truth, not what they think will make you a happy patient. Doctors shouldnt compromise their ideals and, in the process, the care of their patients. Dr. Glaros wont compromise -- he puts your overall health and wellness above all else. I dont want a doctor who will base their treatment determination on someone elses exam or old X-Rays. I dont want a doctor who will be my buddy or a doctor who will take shortcuts. I want a doctor who will tell me the straight truth, even if its not what I want to hear. If you want a dentist who will tell the truth, who wont compromise, and who will put your health above-and-beyond everything else, I highly recommend Dr. Glaros. If thats not the type of doctor you want, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Glaros since I can remember. Recently I was away on a business trip and I felt some pain so I decided to just go to a local dentist in Dallas. I walked out of that dentist in more pain than when I first went in. That is definitely one mistake I will never make again. I returned to Houston and they scheduled me in promptly to take care of it. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. His staff is very friendly and helpful and his office is absolutely gorgeous. After my not so wonderful experience in Dallas, I have come to the conclusion that Dr. Glaros is the ONLY dentist for me. Give him a chance, you wont be disappointed!!!

Not really the experience I had hoped for. I was quoted about $8K for work and when I asked about the treatment plan, Dr Glaros was more annoyed than willing to have a conversation with me. I felt that every appointment after the consultation was rushed. Never quite understood why certain invasive and expensive recommendations were made. Since I never got the clear answers I was looking for, I went with my gut and decided not to go back. Other things to note: -They do NOT accept insurance, so be prepared to finance yourself or pay cash. -Ive found that similar or identical treatments are more expensive here than elsewhere. -Not easy getting a hold of staff by phone.

I am a rather new patient of Dr. Glaross, have been seeing him for about 2 years. After trying to chase all the "biological and mercury free" dentists in Houston I FINALLY found the real thing! The office is beautiful and done all in green materials so its healthy to just be inside there. Not only is he and his entire staff educated correctly, they make you feel like a family friend when you walk in. He is conservative in his findings and makes me feel that he is not there to just put a crown on every tooth in my mouth and actually listens to your concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a TRUE biological dentist.

I flew 2000 miles to have Dr.Glaros do my extensive dental work. EVERYTHING about the experience was positive. The office is lovely, immaculate, and peaceful with attention to every detail of your personal health. The people are warm and no one ever feels hurried or stressed. Best of all is Dr. Glaros.....hes the real deal...totally present, listens, caring, knowledgeable and highly skilled, and funny. I have heard countless dental horror stories and Ive had my own....do your homework and pick the best. IF you choose Dr. Glaros I feel confident that you wont regret your decision.

Dr.Glaros is by far the best dentist I have visited in Houston !!! This dentist and his loving wife spent time with me as I discussed my ailments and he put forward a very conservative treatment plan for me. My dental visit was exceptional in every way possible, his friendly and attentive staff,the serene ambience of his office and the gentle,experienced hands of Dr.Glaros. I was quite surprised at how little I paid for such detailed and meticulous work. This dentist only needs one more thing to complete his practice "A PAIR OF WINGS "

I have been a patient of Dr. Glaros for years. Not only does he NOT recommend unneeded services, he actually saved me from one (root canal and crown). If you want a living, healthy tooth as opposed to a dead bone sitting in your mouth (ie root canal), you need a dentist that thinks outside the box like Dr. Glaros. Sure, the first visit if pricey, but it was the most thorough dental exam I had ever had and good health is worth paying for!

I Follow this guy on Facebook and he is a quack. He loves to propagate consumer fears about "unnatural chemicals" - he makes his money off replacing perfectly good dental restorations, but first he must convince you to accept unnecessary treatment by freaking you out with bad science. I dont trust him. Everything he stands for runs counter to common sense.
