This place is FANTASTIC. I started coming a couple of years ago when my Lab mix had an infection because the first visit was free. Dr. Jones was SO sweet and I loved that she sat on the floor with my dog and made her feel comfortable for her first real vet visit. We then used them to neuter my Pitbull and to spay both my lab and teacup chihuahua as well and everything was perfect. Theyve also helped us with our geriatric cat who yelled all night which has been a lifesaver. My teacup chihuahua ended up getting breast cancer and Dr. Fuller was a God send. He was so helpful and truly seemed to care for my Pinkie and he gave us all of the information we needed to help her beat the cancer. His patience and knowledge when working with my baby girl was just amazing. He performed multiple surgeries on my 11 year old teacup chihuahua and while it is completely terrifying sending something so small into surgery, I knew she was in the best hands possible. He never once let us down and when she started to have problems from an underlying heart condition that she just couldnt beat, Dr. Fuller and Sarah were there for us through it all. The entire staff here is wonderful and you can not go wrong using them. They dont push unnecessary expensive treatments and take advantage of you because they truly care about the animals, and it is so obvious that they love what they do. Ive had quite a few family members and friends (even strangers!) bring their pets here because I just cant say enough great things about this place. Theyre the best people to trust to take care of your precious little family members.

The way I got introduced to Dr. Jones and Dr. Fuller is that my dog was dying in my house, my husband was gone, and she was too heavy for me to lift her. I called my regular vet, and some other (not named) vets who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to put her down in my home. Both Dr. Miller and Dr. Fuller arrived together and did an incredibly compassionate job of putting down our poor sweet Panda Bear, without any pain, and gave me the advice and counsel I needed to get through it, especially all alone, and new in Dallas. They charged me one half to one-third what the others wanted. Since then, they have helped me with our other rescues, a second dog I had to put down, and the trials and tribulations of new puppyhood, all without attempting to profiteer, but just doing the solid, good blessed work of hard-working, caring, compassionate veterinarians. So "watch out"? Ill watch out alright for people who would malign a good service such as theirs...theyre the best!

Worst experience with a Vet ever. 650$ butcher. This office butchered two of my kittens and I had to take them to another vet to pay for insuring their safety, as well as recuperation. During the surgery and afterwards, I was never called by a VET, never told what happened, numerous miscommunication, then during release, again no VET. Only after I raised hell did the vet call me and just apologized. No reconciliation for the horrible experience. AVOID this office at all cost. P.S. my one pet left with Worms she clearly had when she went in but the Vet never noticed. The second vet found it within minutes of their arrival. What a difference a good vet makes.

I received a letter from these guys in the mail - among many, many others since I bought my house in Plano. For some reason, I decided to go with their office when I recently had some issues with my cat. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and helped me come up with a plan of treatment. Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistants, to the vet were knowledgeable and helpful with helping me help my little one. I was also pleasantly surprised at their lower prices than vets Id been to before. I have to say Ive never seen the level of compassion and kindness from another vets office and will absolutely be going back. Highly recommended.

My dog Paco was recently in bad shape with suspected pancreatitis. I initially took him to a different vet clinic and was unhappy with their service because I felt they were taking advantage of my concern, by overcharging me for his care. I was referred by a friend to go to Advanced Veterinary Care of Plano. When I arrived, I spoke with Dr. Fuller who took his time explaining Pacos treatment plan and the potential difficulties with his prognosis. Paco is back to his normal happy go lucky self, thanks to Dr. Fuller and his clinical staff. They are genuine in the care and go above and beyond. We will be taking both our pups to them from now on.

Im an overprotective kitty-mom who panics easily -- but the doctors and staff at Advanced Veterinary Care were patient, kind, and very thorough in caring for two of my cats within the past two weeks. In both cases, the kitties were in distress and needed help quickly. The vet Id been seeing has often been unable to handle emergencies, or unwilling to handle the specific issue at hand -- but Advanced Veterinary Care stepped in and provided the help we needed, and both kitties are doing just great now! Through their caring and flexibility, these new vets have earned my loyalty.

Ive been bringing my dogs in here for a few years now and theres a reason I keep coming back. Dr. Fuller and his stuff genuinely care about you and your furry family members, offer very reasonable pricing for services, and are very communicative and easy to work with. Ive gone in multiple times for various issues and never feel that I am being taken advantage of with unnecessary services or medicines. Going here you will find small town service with big city capabilities.

Great Experience! I recently got a card in the mail from here so I thought I would give them a try. I have a yellow lab, Lady that gets worked up whenever we go to the vets but the staff and doctor treated her well. The vet was very informative and recommended some different things we could do for her without being pushy. Lady and I will definitely come back again.

Great staff. They care deeply. If you are looking for a group of people who will help you quickly in case of emergency, and really be there for you, they are the vets I recommend. My family and I have been in Plano for 25 years, we have seen numerous vets, they are the best!

They always take good care of my babies. I drive at least an hour to still come here because my rescue trusts them. They are happy to answer any questions, even over the phone. My babies even stay here when we go out of town and my parents cant watch them.
