I started taking my dog (and later, other dogs) when they were pups. I got involved with the wellness plan and liked it fine while they were under one year old. Since the 4 years we have be bringing our dogs to this animal clinic they have changed staff so many times. They use to seem like they knew us but now they forget whenever I drop my dogs off what needs to be done! All three of my dogs are allergic and must be given an allergy shot before their medications. They started on one of my dogs before they realized that she need an allergy shot. This could have killed her! They did not call to tell us what happened or to tell us that they woiuldnt be able to finish with the other 2 dogs. They did not look at our dogs extensive chart or follow directions! And now I cant get out of the wellness plan because it is a year contract.

Great staff and awesome customer service! My furry child may not see it the same lol but Ive never had issues with service. The one and only complaint is the cost is quite expensive but what vet isnt? They do offer care plans which has saved me some money in the long run but if good care for your pet is important to you Banfield is the place to go!

They take great care of your fur babies. The prices arent cheap, but they do have the wellness plan which you pay like insurance, they have different plans to meet you and your fur babies needs. And if you go on banfields website you can find a coupon for a free visit if youre new! its worth it if youd like to try them out

Updating my review I posted from a few months ago. It appears that management has cleaned house and they have entirely new staff. The doctors remain the same which is awesomeand was really never the problem. I am very pleased there are some new girls and management here to ensure my little baby gets the best care possible.

My friend took my dog here when she was watching him and he was hurt. It turns out he broke his leg but the splinted it poorly. It came off in 24 hours without him working on it. She called back to ask about it and they said they would charge her again to put it back on. Very very disappointed.

Amazing staff! I have no problem trusting them to care for my fur baby (who is always excited to see them)! I know beyond doubt that they truly care for his well being and always go above and beyond to give him the best possible care and me the best possible advice.
