I took my dog who had been vomiting all morning there on a Saturday. The vet we usually take him too was packed and were warned it would be 4-5 hours to see the vet. When we arrived we were taken back to see a Dr. Sharon Minks or Minx. She pretty much said she had no idea what could possibly be wrong with the dog and to know for sure she would need to take x-rays, stool samples, keep him overnight, do blood tests etc. She said she was only doing this because she wanted to provide the best care possible. She gave us an estimate of $1,200 and said that if we didnt do what she asked we were short changing our dog. She said she would be back to let me think about it. At around the same time she started having a verbal altercation with an employee or a former employee you could hear her yelling "Get out, I dont want to talk to you and all you could hear was Dr. Minks please give me a chance to explain. I called my sister who said she had already called another vet near our home and they wold make sure our dog got in as soon as possible.The assistant came in and asked what we thought, we really could not afford $1,200 so we said we couldnt. She said she would be back with our bill. She came back and we never sae the vet again. Usually that isnt the case. I cnat believe it was pretty much a you cant pay, leave type of situation. We went to the other vet and while we did wait about 2 hours, they prescribed some anitbiotics and our dog wasmuch better after a couple of days. All in all if was only $60 dollars which was much more reasonable. I have heard good things about Dr. Juletia Gonzalez but recommend you dont even deal with anyone else if you go here.

They misdiagnosed my dogs leg making it worse. Then when I have a different vet look at it I called to tell them about their misdiagnosis and they tried to lie to me saying they had told me it could be something else all along but that they wouldnt refund any money Over $600 wasted for their amateur useless service. Now another vet has to fix their screw up

Great service for both my dogs. Dr. Clough is very "pet friendly" and no-nonsense. Does not overcharge, but gives you levels of care commensurate with what you are willing to spend. We treat our dogs like kids, so we dont want "cheap" service, but for those that see them just as animals, she offers more economical choices. Overall, highly recommend!!!

Dr. Clough is one of the best vets ever. She is full of old tyme information but yet fully educated on the most recent veterinary medical knowledge there is. She has saved many of our own and our foster dogs from many conditions and will work with us if the budget is tight.

They sold me everything and just let my cat suffer and die when he could have treated her for what she had not some infection which there was no proof of she had to be put down the next day it is the most horrible thing ever mal-practice for money!

I get my Shih-tzu groomed at awesome care vet, by Kaylee M. and she has given him the best groom I have ever seen. He is a little tough to work with and she got his face perfect and we were very happy! If you need a groomer she is AWESOME!
