Dr. Otto has always provided our furbabies with excellent veterinary care. You can tell that he genuinely cares about animals and he always takes the time to explain issues and conditions to us so we can make informed decisions. Cindy is usually working the front desk and she is the nicest person you could ever meet. She is always compassionate and friendly and helpful. Similarly, the vet techs are always kind and gentle with our pets. We never worry about the care we will receive here. Theyre not the cheapest vet office in town, but the care we receive is always terrific so to us its a bargain.

After reading some of the bad reviews we had mixed feelings when we took our kitten to University Animal Hospital this week. BUT we were positively surprised! Dr. Campbell and his assistant were very nice and patient. We had about 1000 questions and he answered them all patiently and explained everything! We even had some forms for him to fill out and he did that for free although it took him a long time because he was so careful and double-checked everything. The rooms were clean and friendly. So: 5 stars! nothnothing

Dr. Campbell is such a compassionate and caring veterinarian. He provides the best medical attention towards your beloved pet. Cindy the receptionist was most helpful, nicest, and friendliest person Ive ever met! My boyfriend and I had about a million questions to ask, but they did not hesitate to explain everything in such a patient and caring manner. I would definitely recommend! P.S. Bring your student ID for a 5% discount on services!

I went to this vet this morning after adopting my dog, Max, from the OKC Animal Shelter on Monday. Dr. Otto and his staff are all really great people! They were all very helpful and friendly to Max and I! I will definitely use them for all of my veterinary needs, thank you UAH! Dr. Otto made a documentary and told me to check it out, I am watching it right now on Youtube. It is called Dogs of Lexington, check it out!! :)

The receptionist is the nicest and friendliest woman I have ever met. Her enthusiasm brightened our day. The vet was kind and understanding. He took his time to answer our questions and we never felt rushed. He also gave us additional material to answer any more questions or concerns we had about our new puppy. I love this place and Id recommend everyone to go here.

Going to go ahead and add my 5 stars too. Both Dr. Otto and Dr. Campbell are wonderful people who will try to help as best they are able. With their help my Dame got down to a healthy weight and avoided pancreatic issues. Thanks so much guys! They also offer small discounts to certain groups like students. Its not half off, but hey, every little bit helps.

I have to agree with the person below who said that the receptionist is the nicest woman with a great attitude. I just made an appointment for my cat and I know sometimes I ask a lot of questions, she answered everything and was so helpful. If their service overall is any reflection of how great their receptionist is then this will be a great place to go.

I think Dr Otto is one of the best vets I have ever had in the Nroman area. His care and compassion for the animals is top notch and his human bedside manner is the best. I highly recommend him and his facilty!!

Dr. Campbell and Dr. Otto are both patient and compassionate. I think they take the best care of our dog. Cindy and Pat, the receptionists, are so happy and you can clearly see they have a heart for animals.
