I took off work to take my dog (who has an ear infection) here to try to save some money because my regular vet is so expensive and I just cannot afford to keep spending so much money on these constant ear infections. Well I get the The Corner Vet and a sign says they are closed for lunch from 1245-145. I decided I just had to sit it out with my very nervous dog till they got back from lunch. That was hard enough but then after sitting in the car for 20 minutes another person drives up and says she just called them and they are open. So I had been sitting for 20 minutes needlessly. So we both go in with our dogs and the woman at the front desk informed us they do not do walk ins anymore, so I wasted ALL this time and took off work needlessly. I could deal with all of this except for how the woman at the front desk acted like she couldnt care less, not so much of an "i am sorry" to myself or the other person, we were both very inconvenienced. Her attitude is what decided me to write this review. the big sign out front even said walk ins welcome. They might have wonderful vets (I will never know now)but after going through everything I did to be given such an I dont give a damn attitude I will not go back. I happen to work a front desk job and this is not how you treat customers, a person in her position needs better people skills, even if you are having a bad day when a customer walks in the door you put a smile on your face and help them any way you can. The other person there also commented on the poor attitude of the person we spoke to so it was not just me who saw it.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! The receptionist, the nurse, EVERYBODY!!! If could give more stars, I would!! We saw Dr. Cruse and she was amazing! She is patient and caring. She didnt made me feel like I was "just another patient" or a number. She really took time and listened to my concerns and actually answered all of my questions. I would DEFINITELY recommend this office to anyone. You wont be disappointed. Everybody loved onTrixie (my dog) as of she were part of the family. Also, this office is VERY reasonably priced.

The receptionist and tech were amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vet wasnt there, so we saw a fill-in. For a first time visit, I was very disappointed. He was not friendly and I dont have much confidence in our visit with him. I felt like the tech knew as much, if not more, and she was friendly. Im sure the actual vet is good, but I dont see us returning. In fact, I have so little confidence in our visit that I set an appointment with another vets office. First impressions still mean something.

My family and I just added a 4 mos. old Corgi mix "Pepper" to our family. Being that we are relatively new to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area we had know idea where to take her for a Vet Visit. We were looking for somewhere close to our home. We hit pay dirt when we chose "The Corner Vet" the facility was clean and the staff was professional but very loving and caring towards my nervous puppy. Thank you Dr.Cruse, Niki and Leandra.

I love the vet, Melissa Grimes, she is amazing. My dog who is normally a little aggressive, loved her. She did an excellent job of making her feel safe. They checked with me multiple times about the cost as I asked for treatment. I was there for a little over an hour with two dogs, it is a first come first serve place but I think its worth it for the discounted cost. The whole staff was very friendly and informative.

Bad customer service! When I called earlier today, I was quoted a different price than when I checked out. When I complained the front desk was argumentative instead of trying to find a solution. This was my second visit this week and I have had all 5 of my animals being treated here since they opened. After my service today I dont know if we will be back. I am very unhappy.

Brought my dog in for shots and to get her ears checked out. The vet, Melissa Grimes, and her vet tech did what needed to be done to try and find out the cause of it. They were very good with my baby girl and made her feel comfortable even tho she was very anxious. Melissa Grimes is soo good and soo great of a vet! I will continue to go here. Trisha P.

I love the corner vet! We have been a few times with my pets and I have always been really pleased with the service I receive. They seem to really care about animals and are willing to talk about different treatment options. I also appreciate the take into consideration the clients financial situation before prescribing medicine/treatments.

Our experience was very good! The Vet related very well with my cat Jellybean. I was very comfortable with the Vet giving me options for Jellybeans treatment. I highly recommend The Corner Vet. We will be bringing our other two cats in sometime in the future. It is also just around the corner from our home which makes it a plus.

Everyone here is good with both dogs AND people. Theyve been so helpful when weve needed to make decisions about our dogs healthcare and their prices make it easy to stay up to date on preventive care. Theyre always warm and welcoming and remember my dogs and their particular quirks. We wont go anywhere else!

Feel I was ripped off. Was charged for services I did not receive. When I called, the office staff argued with me about the difference in pricing and would not provide a corporate office or managements phone number to call directly. I guess you get what you pay for or maybe not.

Dr. Shirley was just amazing. Our skittish dog Suzy, responded well to him and his staff. Not only did he take our finances into consideration but he never pushed any treatment or test. He only offered what was absolutely necessary! Truly a terrific first visit! Well be back!

My visits to Corner Vet have always been positive. The staff is considerate and good with my Molly. I like it that they are close by. I also like the fact that they often have usable coupons for things like nail trims and office visits.

Great price, and caring for your pets. First couple times there didnt go as planned. But ever since then theyve taken great care of my pup
