I had a wisdom tooth removed, some cavities filled and a root canal done a few years ago. When I had my wisdom tooth removed I complained about having dry socket for 3-4 weeks leading up to having my crown put on. During those weeks all that was done for my dry socket was more pills prescribed for the pain. I do not like taking pills and I was in college at the time so I did not want to be drugged out all day. The day of my crown being put on I had my mother drive me to the dentist because I was having local anesthesia, come to find out a day later Dr. Deluca told my mother that she thinks I have a drug problem because I was "complaining about pain to get pills". Well that pain ended up being a piece of my jawbone that was stuck in my socket which worked its way out through my gums a month later! that piece of bone was making it to where my blood clot kept being removed causing me to have reoccurring dry socket. Instead of the dr. Doing her job by listening to my complaint and performing an X-ray to locate the problem of the bone she left in my gums, she decided to tell my mother which was not paying for my visit nor had any representation for me since I was 25 years old at the time to disclose my personal information to. I paid $5,000 cash to this women to make me live in pain for over a month and slander me to my mother stating that I have a drug problem. I still have the piece of jawbone in a jar to this day. Shes lucky I didnt sue for malpractice, defamation of character and for disclosing personal medical information to someone that was only intended to drive me home.

I was extremely happy with their services I started taking my son there first and the staff were so amazing and professional and Dr. Deluca was so caring and willing to make us as comfortable as possible that I started going myself and I hadnt been going to a dentist on a regular basis because of a bad one when I was younger, but the Dr. sure proved that not all Dentists hurt you and cause pain, I needed an extensive check up and two other Dentists told me I needed over 5000 dollars of work done and most of it was unnecessary, now I go on a regular basis just because of this office, and they make it very easy and convenient every time I have an appointment coming up I receive an email and a text message letting me know so I dont have to keep checking to remind myself, and if for some reason I have to reschedule they always work with me to make the most convenient time for me, the staff is amazing and each one does a fantastic job and knows more about their job than any other place I have been, they are courteous and very friendly to their customers and arent afraid to laugh once in a while, its always a great experience going there now I look forward to going to the Dentist so much I have referred all my family to them!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! While still living in FL, I had a !bridge placed in. Since then its been nothing but hell for me! from the extreme pain everyday to traveling back and forth from the new state I now live in to her office only for the pain to get worse. I was told by another dentist and health care provider that other issues of dental work needed should have been taken care of before placing the bridge in my mouth. On top of that Dr. Deluca failed to position my bridge in correctly. The bridge was to large for my mouth so she had to drill them down, which cost me $347 for the already paid for out of pocket $1500 not including what my dental insurance already paid! Between the expensive travel going back and forth and other charges from her office I still live in pain from her never correcting the problem. The last visit was ha her walking out on me because I yelled from pain of her using acrylic in my mouth to fit me for a mouth piece!!! Please BEWARE

I love this office. I had a very traumatic experience as a child and neglected myself through the years. Lets just say...it showed during my check up. The receptionist could see my anxieties. She made sure I had a very short wait, and even checked on my after the assistant took my x-rays. The doctor explained everything to me in detail. I understood my treatment but the assistant could see I was sweating bullets. She took extra time to explain everything again. Im currently scheduled for my 2nd part of my deep cleaning and feeling confident that I can make it through the appointment. The hygienist talked me through my first part. The receptionist really helped me to understand my insurance. She even answered questions when I called back. I cant wait for my new smile.

TERRIFIED OF DENTISTS! I never thought that I would EVER say that going to the dentist was a good experience! I was terrified and the whole staff treated me with compassion and reassured me that I would have a good experience. They went the extra mile (the office staff) to help me get my medicine. Dr. DeLuca is the friendliest dentist I have met in 20 years! She understood exactly what I needed and is taking care of my teeth. I have one more appointment to have teeth extracted and a partial put in, and Im anxious but not frightened as before. Thanks to the whole office staff, dental assistants and especially Dr. DeLuca.

I will not go back. I made my first appointment for a cleaning, after waiting for 30 minutes the only thing they did was take x-rays. My husband made an appointment to replace a filling that fell out but they made the appointment for a cleaning. I had an appointment for a filling but the office called to reschedule because the dentist had an appointment with her doctor. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment the office was closed,when I called the 800 number someone came to the door and said they were in a meeting and didnt show my appointment. The front office seems very disorganized.

This place is very unprofessional. I called a grand total of 4 times, spoke to their office manager Melinda, she asked me to call back at a specific time and THEN DID NOT ANSWER AGAIN. I even submitted an online request for an appointment and i received no contact at all. I highly recommend avoiding this place and going with a different dentist. It might be a nice place if you can get in the door, but as far as i am concerned im not giving my business to a place that wont even return calls. i wonder if the actual dentist knows that her office staff dont do their jobs very well.

I have a serious fear of dentists. On my first contact with this office I let them know. Throughout the entire experience the staff was incredible, and dentist was amazing. Despite absolutely hating dentists and having a gut-wrenching fear of everything about a dentists office I would even go so far as to say they made it a pleasant experience. Doc really knows her stuff too... even pointing out potential clinical reasons why previous experiences went so poorly. I drive 45 minutes to get to this office and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.
