Woman at the front desk was rude. Not just to me but to others as well. Also they claimed not to have my appointment. An appointment I made using their automated system. Unfortunately for me, I didnt realize that I needed a confirmation number. Without that number I waited over an hour. Listening to the one woman yell at people. Once taken into the back, the woman who drew m blood was quick, efficient, and polite. Also she drew my blood painlessly and I was on my way in what seemed like two minutes but mustve been at least five. Management needs to do something about customer relations out front. The woman I saw was nasty, and rude. Very unpleasant!

The lady that drew my blood was very sweet, however she hit the vein all wrong and it was very painful. Three hours after my blood was drawn, the vein is still swollen and its starting to bruise. Other than that, they were quick to see me and the process itself only took a couple of minutes. The wait time was very minimal and the staff was friendly. My arm just really hurts as a result and the area is still extremely tender hours after my appointment.

I went without an appt and my longest wait was to register for the tests I needed. Once my registration was complete it was a matter of minutes before I was called back for my blood draw.

Sitting in their waiting room for 30 min. They tell me it will be another 30 min. Why make an appointment if they do not honor it. Frustrating. Many others here like me complaining.

In and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. The receptionist was smiling and kind. Ashland, the lab tech who drew my blood ,was fast. I barely felt a pinch.

HORRIBLE customer service. Receptionists answer the phones as if they just woke up from a deep sleep. They are rude and do not provide or offer any sort of help.
