Arthur Decker

Went to Labcorp on Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce Fl this morning. Got there at 8:30 and there was one, yes one person working I sat until almost 9:00 before I got up and walked out I wasnt even logged in yet. This poor woman was totally over worked. She was doing everything logging patients in, drawing blood getting samples and doing the paper work. I will not return and dont recommend anyone else use this Lab. There are plenty of others in the area that have enough staff to do the work. By they way there were only 3 other patients in there when I went in.

Absolutely ridiculous. Only 1 person there and she was busy tending to her personal affairs in the parking lot as I waited. She was borderline rude. Ultimately lost or mislabeled my samples and I had to have blood drawn again.

Went in the early afternoon, there was no wait. The tech was very friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
