I took my newborn son for a bilirubin test on 12 December at 12:48 p.m. The clerk, ill-mannered, reported that we needed to pay for the exam, if we had already paid the doctor. When entering for collection, they prevented one of us (me or my wife) from entering. Then my wife came back crying. In fact, the same attendant who was rude on arrival was drawing the childs blood. Without any care, inept. The child wept copiously. I argued that in the hospital they put a small bag of ice for a few minutes and the child did not even cry and she told me that she only knew the hot water bottle to get more blood. Then another clerk came in and questioned who was drawing blood where the doctor was ORDER and then there was a little discussion, when they then asked ME where the order was. I do not recommend. Horrible experience, especially with young children.

I had to have blood work early in the morning today, had an appointment at 7:45, showed up at 7:15 . the 2 ladies if you can call them ladies at the window, where so rude, that I upted never to go there again, not only they were rude to me but to others as well, the tone of their voices like if they were mad at the world, and when you stand at the window to give them information the one with the blonde hair will tell you to sit down, but is the way they talk to you, is lacking professionalism and manners, not people person at all, I think they should be educated on how to approach people, specially in the medical field. I hope the GM of Quest reads this and do something about it. Thank You in advance.

I love the staff they are super fast and super good to find difficult veins. The place is to small and not enough chairs . they should put More at least outside.
