Ms. Ava must be the most rudest lady/receptionist/office Mgr Ive ever known in the medical field. I was there at 6:15AM along with 2 others. When Ms. Ava walked up at 6:22 she looked at us, unlocked the door and kept walking. There was no good morning and definitely no smile/smirk. The lights came on at 6:30 AM no problem but as we put our names on the list she yells loud to us "have your ID, requisitions, and insurance cards out!" Mostly everyone already had their IDs out and the insurance info/reqs were already in the system. "GO TO WINDOW 1. YOU GO TO WINDOW 2. YOU GO TO WINDOW 3!" Is how shes speaking to people. One young lady didnt have her insurance card out and she tells her "I told everyone to have their ID and insurance card!" When the young lady replied she didnt need insurance because of the requisition she told her to have a seat and someone will be right with her for labs. My young lady was having problems with her printer as she could only print my labels. Ms. Ava came to help her (positive). That pushed my place in line back because then Ms Ava and the person behind the 2nd window started writing the wrong numbers on the paperwork and instead of 1,2,3 it was 1,2,1,2,3. I let her know I was there before the other people that were now walking out and she argues with me that they made a mistake writing the numbers on the paper and that Ill be seen shortly. How can a mistake happen when there were only 3 people to start and I was the 3 but youre back on 1 and 2? I advised her I was there early so I could go to work and she says "well we are allowed to make mistakes and youll be seen soon!" All I can say is there were 5 people that walked out before me and I was 3rd in line. She has no compassion. She should probably be working in a jail as a corrections officer or in a funeral home because shes so cold and probably unhappy with life. One thing I can say is the lady who was having printer issues and did my paperwork was very nice. My phlebotomist (Im assuming her title) was excellent and very professional and got me in and out. Thank you Gail. If I could rate them separately Id give them 5 stars and Ms Ava would get 1 and thats for having the place open on time! She needs a new occupation!!! I feel sorry for the people that work with her. Theyre probably scared out of their pants of her and her attitude.

I scheduled an appointment online the same day which is super convenient. When I got there the wait to be called back wasnt long, about 10 minutes and I was early anyway. Once they did the paperwork, however, my daughter and I waited in the room for a while. This was annoying since the only chair in the room is for the patient. When someone finally came in they stated they would have to wait for someone from the front to help them unless I wanted to hold my daughter. It was a little frustrating since they could have evaluated whether they would need someone else within 30 seconds of walking in therefore not making me wait longer for no reason. The woman however was very nice and kept my daughter occupied in conversation to ease her anxiety and was very gentle with her.

2 stars as its the Only office that can pull blood on a very small child as I have been to other Quest and they couldnt find a vein and just shoving needle around only getting a few drops and causing huge bruises. However they were laughing at my 2 year old and then again when she turned 3 when she was crying about getting stuck. She is a very sensitive/emotional child and their feels should be validated not mocked. You are causing them pain and my daughter has Medical conditions that have causes her to have large amounts of blood taken at one time. These people need to be more sensitive. And she is just scared but holds perfectly still for the draw and doesnt fight at all. Have some compassion, terrible people.

My 16year old daughter had to get lab work drawn. She has genuine anxiety when it comes to needles. As a medical facility, the employees should understand that they will be dealing with a vast array of clients including clients with anxiety. Instead of being patient with my 16 year old, one inpartucular lab tech was rude and apathetic Stating, "We have other people to see. We dont have time for this." She wasnt even the tech drawing my daughters blood!! However, another one of the techs was very nice and patient with my daughter. So I have mixed views of this particular place.... Kindness goes a long way. Some individuals do not need to be in the medical field.......

Bad experience with the front desk staff and supervisor. They dont have compassion for the elderly and terminally ill patients. I went with my mom on a Saturday without appointment. Didnt know that Sat appointment is required. My mom is on late stage Alzheimers and 84 y/o. There was only 1 person waiting in the lobby. I explained my mom was in their system and it was only 1 blood draw. She just said "No". She didnt even tell me that 8 miles away there was another quest lab that appointment is not needed. I did the search myself. They dont care about the sick, the elderly or anyone and dont have heart.

Scheduled my 3 hour Glucose screening here, set up my appointment online. Most of the techs are very nice, they were gentle on me. (I have a bad fear of needles since a nurse broke one in my arm as a young girl). During my 3rd & 4th times of drawing blood a Jamaican Tech was taking care of me. I found her to be incredibly insensitive, rough, and made the experience Painful. Everything else about this location, the wait time, waiting area, cleanliness and efficiency were impecable. Just steer clear of the impersonable tech lady.

I went here without an appointment, while the intake took a little while, I was in and out in probably a half an hour. It felt a lot longer because I had the flu. The tech (wish I knew her name) was very gentle & talked to me the entire time. She was extremely nice even though I was cranky because I was sick. Thank you to the staff for taking care of me.

If you need to take a Drug test screening do not come here. When I walked in no hello or any basic courtesy. Your just a number here. I waited for 30 minutes and was told they do not do drug screenings after I had already told the front staff and waited over 30 minutes and no apology! Avoid this location!

They are quick and gentle with the blood draws here. I walked in without an appointment and only had a 15 min. wait, not bad at all considering I wait longer at the Dr office with an appointment! Im very satisfied with the staff and service they provide at this location.
