I was in and out with NO appointment in about 25 minutes. I was so worried my kindle was not charged but then the nice Middle Eastern woman called me to check in. She was efficient and polite. Alexa drew my blood. She told me she had been doing this for 15 years. You can tell. Shes amazing. I didnt freak out. She was just done. So quick and painless. Alexa! Alexa! Alexa!

The personnel are outstanding, in their work, in their warmth, and in their caring of each patient. I have never been treated so politely, friendly, and in such a professional manner. Worst ever! No one behind the customer service desk. You have too sign in on a computer pad which for the elderly is difficult so the patients waiting are ones that have to help them. Waited an hour too be called back just too be told they hadnt received my blood work request. Even though I had confirmation. They dont answer the phone when you call.

I made an appointment more than 2 weeks prior to visit. When I showed up for my visit they could not find my appointment so I had to wait. The front desk lady was very rude and basically called me a liar! I had no choice but to wait and I waited for almost an hour! If I could have given a rate of 0 stars I would have! People are rude and very slow!

I love this office!!!.........they are the BEST! Trust me, I should know; as a diabetic with other complications, so Im always have to blood work done and thats not an easy thing to do and yet they make easy and the always put a smile on your face. I tell you that every person in this staff is a TOTAL PROFESSIONALS !

Didnt have a appointment, but we were helped very promptly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our technician who took my husbands blood, Alexa, was very professional and pleasant. She eased my husbands fear of needles and even made him laugh. If these services are needed again, this location will be our choice.

Horrible experience. Waited over a hour for a blood test. Waited another 30 mins after to drop off specimen. No customer service. Write your name on a sheet and wait. No-one to speak to..just sit and wait. They dont answer the phone they dont explain wait times. Badly managed and operated. Will never use again.

I have never had a bad experience here. The wait time is not bad when you realize the number of patients they see. I have been fortunate enough to have had Alexis draw my blood for my last two labs. She is friendly and the insertion of the needle was painless. Thank you

At least 15 people sitting in the waiting room and they are calling people in 1 at a time when there are stations. No receptionist at the front desk. People seem like they have been waiting a while. They need more people working in here!! People do work!

Scheduling is a joke website terrible...you wait and wait for your appointment no matter what ..no early appointment option for fasting appointments ...i wish myI insurance would use Lab Corp never had issues with them !!!!!!!!

Went for blood work and pre employment drug test today. All personnel in this office were very friendly. They made it easy for everything to be done. Alexis and Rhea were absolutely fabulous! Thank you to all of your staff!!

In and out within an hour. Staff could have been a bit more hospitable, but overall it wasnt a bad experience. Keep in mind that hundreds of people go in and only those with a bad experience write a review.

its called customer service people, a little message, directions, hours of operation, its not hard. They cost like ten bucks at Walmart, which is about 200 feet from your office.
