Unbelievable level of discourtesy and unprofessionalism. DO NOT do business with Quest, especially at this location. I was discriminated against because of my age, basically told to "shove it" and that I didnt matter. I have very rarely reached the point of rage, in my life. Quest diagnostic just catalyzed the pinnacle of rage of have ever experienced in my life. Honestly, I have never been treated so poorly from anyone. And to make matters worse, nobody at the front desk speaks fluent English. Ya, the people who are supposed to give you detailed instructions to follow to complete sensitive medical tests DO NOT speak the language of the land. Unbelievable. Its a good thing I did my research on Google because there were about 4 or 5 things that I would have done/not done that would have compromised my test results, but the lady at the Quest front desk wouldnt have cared - theyre evil.

The worst place ever , you will know you arrive to hell as soon as you walk in , get ready , I check in an waited 1 1/2 hours , after all the waiting the lady simple told me that the computer will shutdown in 5 minutes and the person the check me in forgot to put my prescription in the computer and he already left so she wont be able to help , simply like that , she told another lady there in Hispanic the she was starving an she was going to eat , she left while I was theres standing at the counter , this place its a joke, I ask to speak to a manager an a guy seating there told me smiling that the manager just left for lunch , I still cant believe it , thanks god for letting me just walk with my anger without doing what I felt was right

Worst place ever. We arrive at 6.30 and at 8.00 am we still wating. El pero lugar, super lento. Llegarmos a las 6.30 am y Aun estamos esperando. El laboratorio se hace el test en ayuna. Entonces me parece una falta de respeto que el poco personal hace que sea tan pero tan lento. !!! Definitivamente última vez aquí.

Absolutely awful. Had an appt at 1:15 and got there at 12:50 per their instructions. After waiting until 2:45, approached woman at the window and she was completely dismissive, as she was with the others whom had appointments at 12:45,1, and 1:20 - none of us had been seen. Then they said my name was deleted from the system but that didnt account for why the others had not been seen. Ended up getting in at 3, then waited 30 mins to even be asked if I needed assistance. Getting my blood drawn took five mins. Unacceptable, would never recommend to anyone.

I came in the morning to drop off a sample. I stood in line 15 minutes before being able to talk with someone. They told me to put my name down on the list and sit down and wait. I said I cannot wait hours to drop off a sample because I have to work! They were unable to help me and I just walked out. There were about 30 people waiting already in the office and several lines with people waiting to even put their name down. A poorly run location. Do not waste your time here.

Terrible. They dont honor appointment times, which is especially frustrating when the only appointment time they offered you was 1:15 and you needed to be fasting for the blood work. The lady at the front window even changed my 1:15 time that I put to a 1:45 because they are such a mess that they cant even explain their two hour delay. I really have never seen such a blatant f u from a health care provider. After all the bs I didnt eat till 4pm that day! Go somewhere else!

Unlike other reviewers, I had really good experiences at this lab. I have been there twice, once with Yaneiza (I think?), and then with Maria Isabel. Both were extremely efficient when doing their work, and both were very very kind and polite. They helped me relax and did the job in no time. I recommend making an online appointment, arriving 30 minutes earlier, and signing in at the machines in the lobby. The space is clean and reasonably welcoming.

Horrible staff and unprepared. No info about open Saturdays just for patients with appointment. Rude employees and because I complained about the lack of info they asked me to leave or they will call the cops. Worse lab ever! Like mafia because they treat you like crap because they are the big ones on the diagnostic market.

It all depends on making an appointment online before you go. When you do that, the wait time is maximum 15 minutes. Their phlebotomists are excellent at taking blood. I had one doctor someplace else who tried to take blood from me 13 times before he was successful. This phlebotomist got a vein her very first try.

I had a great experience. Didnt have an appointment, but I was in an out quickly. I read all the negative reviews before coming and expected a long wait and rude people. Whether they changed their approach to customer service or everyone was having a good day, it was all just fine to me.

Horrendous wait time and very deceitful Got there at 6:45AM and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes - I left an hour and a half later at 8:15AM without having seen anyone Id give zero stars if it was possible

Ive gone there twice now and experience was much better than other Quest locations nearby. Wait time low with helpful TV that gives you a time estimate of your wait, friendly staff, clean facilities.
