The biller Crystal S. not only overcharged me for services provided, my appointment was at 7:45 and they made me wait for an hour until I could get to speak with her before being seen. This office space is clean but it is so cramped that you can LITERALLY hear what all the other patients issues are and what they were coming in for...smh Also, the patient sign in list for this office, is exposed, so all patients who came in before you , you can LITERALLY read their first and last names and time of their appointment and when they actually got there. Absolutely, NO patient privacy. This is terrible Visit this location for yourself and you will see that my claims are accurate!! Im filing a patient complaint with Quest Diagnostic Corporate

No signs outside, very hard to locate. The people working there all very professional, the premises spotlessly clean and I was in and out quickly. The reason I give it 4 instead of five is that it took me a good while to find the lab within the complex, and that it was impossible to get an appointment in a Quest lab location closer to my home, I had to drive a long way while fasting, as the glycemic tests require that.

This was a great location. I wish I got the two employees names but they were both fantastic, very curious and professional. The place was spotless. Took a total of 15 mins without an appoitment. Highly recommend.
