If I could give zero stars, I would. Im a very friendly person, so I dont usually have such negative experiences. I was first taken aback by how disrespectful the staff was to each other. Two female staff members got into a disagreement with each other and one was speaking loudly to the other. After 20 minutes of waiting, with an almost empty waiting room, I walked up to the counter to ask about how long it would take because I have a sitter at home. I just wanted to know in order to see if I needed to set an appointment for the next day. There was a new woman at the desk and she must have been the other side of the argument, because she was so rude to me. She gave me a response that made it seem like I was just being impatient and didnt really answer my question. I tried to ignore her terrible attitude and politely rerouted the conversation, but stated to her that its not a good look for the company for them to be so openly rude to each other, and the customers. She ignored me and when they called me in and she tried her best to be polite, but it was too late. She had already messed with my energy. I feel for people who are so unhappy in their lives that they would take it out on strangers, and not everyone would have reacted as politely as I did. I hope that Quest will provide customer service training to their staff.

First visit: I walked in and had to wait two hours only to be told I wasnt allowed to eat beforehand. Second (current) visit: I made an appointment for an hour ago and Im still waiting. People who walked in without an appointment went already. When asking how long it would take for someone with an appointment to be seen, my girlfriend (who also had an appointment) was rudely told to sit down and wait. This place doesnt care. The people at the front arent even paying attention to the sign-in.

All the Quest places are a waste of my time. One tells me to just walk in without an apt and the other says I have to have an apt. Which one is it and why are you not on the same page? People there are very rude. Then I go and they say oh you have to fast for these tests.. dont you think it would of been nice to know that when I called the apt in!? Quest is a joke and I will be reporting to the BBB.

Horrible. Rude, unprofessional staff. They will not even look at you or turn around in their chair. Staff constantly going outside to make personal calls with a room full of clients. After waiting 30 minutes, i asked at 3:15 of I would be called soon. She said no, there are 3 people ahead of you. Walked out so I wouldnt be late to my 4pm appt. Do not waste your time at this place.

Horrible horrible ! Please stay away . Obviously the mission of this practice its not customer services at all , beside they made ma wait one hour . Insane .I ask the front desk how long I will have to wait after 50 min waiting and she simple respond " I dont know " you will have to ask the ladys in the back " really ???.Very bad experience .

Impossible to ask a simple question. Everything is automated with out ability to speak to a live person. Must drive to the office to get answer to a simple question to be able to make an appointment. They are only open a few hours each week, no evenings and no weekends. Insurance companies should not sponsor this company.

If you have an appointment you get taken on time.. or close to the time..the nurses taking the blood are very good they know how to take blood without hurting or jabbing you..its convenient fast and easy to get your blood test taken and if ypu download the app can get your results online as the dr gets them as well..

Terrible attitudes from the staff. Dont plan on your appointment being on time. Ive been here twice and people complain and it takes longer than necessary. Drug testing starts at 8am even though they open at 7. Seriously consider choosing another location.

This office is clean, fast automated check-in! They take walk-ins! The staff are professional and courteous. The fact they open a 6:30am made it convient for me to get my blood work submitted before starting my day.

Had an appointment and the wait time was reasonable. The phlebotomist had an excellent hand. Did not feel a thing. No bruises afterward. Place seems clean and there was plenty of room for a wheelchair.
