No sirven para nada hay un completo desorden ayi, yo necesitaba examen en ayuna para mi niño de 2 años yegue a las 8.Am me asercaba a ellas con mi niño para decirles que lo atendieran ya que el era el unico niño y llego las 11:30 y no me atendieron el niño me Regrese a casa sin el examen del niño 4 oras perdidas y con mi niño ambriento son inhumanos no tienen preferencia por los niños ya que ellos no aguanta como los adultos que solo llegaban y alos 10 minutos salian con sus examenes listos mientras yo veia como salian y entraban por casi 4 oras

Mi experiencia con este laboratorio en especifico ha sido muy mala. A inicio del mes de febrero estuve con ellos con dos ordenes de diferentes doctores y hasta la fecha solo tengo los resultados de una orden. Hacen muy mal trabajo, yo estoy embarazada y estuve con ellos más de 3 horas y me sacaron 9 pomos de sangre y saber q todo párese indicar q se perdieron mis análisis. Por esta razón no se lo recomiendo a nadie este laboratorio para mi es pésimo

What a joke. No one speaks English here so therefore cannot answer any questions or concerns you may have. I have full coverage insurance and never paid for lab work before but the lady in the front desk insisted I had to leave a credit card with her for estimated bill which I might not even have to pay for until my insurance gets approved and could not answer any questions about this estimated charge. Most professional facilities call before to the insurance and verifies this so theres not this problem. How un professional this place is. Ive Been to many quest labs and this one should be removed and not even carry the name of this company. Im sore from giving blood on my arm which I have never been before. . I will never go to this quest again and if anyone can go elsewhere I would highly recommend to do so.

Had an appointment at 9:15a. Checked me in at 9:16a. The phlebotomist had to stick me 3 times. The first 2 times were needed but the third time was unnecessary. I also did a 2 hour glucose test, after the 1st hour they are suppose to draw blood but nobody cared, I had to go find someone to do it. When the 2nd hour came, again somebody had to draw my blood but nobody came to get me I had to go get them to do it. There was a lady doing the same test I was doing and I noticed that somebody came for her when it was time to draw her blood so Im not sure whats up with that. Overall I received good service at that location. I couldnt locate Quests parking lot so I parked one block away in a paid building for 3.5 hours and paid $8.

Went there at 9am without an appointment for lab work. I was called in at 9:30 to give a urine sample then everything slooooowed down. People who came behind me with appointments were taken care of right away. I finally left at 11:30 without the labs, my patients had run out. A total waste of 2.5 hours. Appointments are a must at this location or be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more.

What a nightmare. Ive been here for 2 hours, still havent been seen. The staff is rude and unhelpful. When they say "well call your name shortly" they are just trying to get you away from the window so you can leave them alone. It will take hours to get your blood work done. Plan accordingly.

They are the best. My baby have been attended there from her birth. 7d and will continue in that place. Only one time and they have the needle in place in the baby forearm. Also Vanessa is the best. Super accurate.

i go very often due to my pregnancy everyone is really nice just make sure you dont go after 12:00 pm because you will be waiting a very long time. Besides that the place is very clean and everyone is very helpful.

I got there early without an appointment and was out in 30 minutes. Saundrita took care of me then, she was very friendly and walked me though the process swiftly. Would definitely visit this center again.
