I actually went through the reviews before posting, being no changes have been made after all of these negative reviews. I typically wouldnt waste my time. But, this is my second time coming for my bloodwork, and I encountered different staff, same results. One thing that blows my mind, you know how much I owe, but have no clue what my insurance is covering?! Howwww?!?! It doesnt make any sense, without knowing what my insurance will pay, how do you than know what my responsibility is? And both times the front desk gave me attitude just for asking. They are so awkwardly rude when collecting copays, you never know when you should go sit, and when you try theyre so rude! maybe if youd communicate people would know their next step. And as I sit here waiting for my medical assistant, Im witnessing them being rude to everyone smh. Working in the health field, all I have to say, is without us, you would not have this job...now if your not happy with your job, dont take it out on patients, do something about it. You have no idea what people are coming for and you add more anxiety on top of patients own medical issues to worry about. Horrible bedside manner...this was such a sad experience

Horrible, I had to bring my mom for a blood test without an appointment and had to wait 2 1/2 hrs to be checked in and then wait in another room for another 1/2 hour. The service is always terrible, the wait is horrible, theyre always under staffed, extremely slow and behind in appointments, so as for the rest of the ones that come without an appt the wait is ridiculously long. Worse Quest ever, everyone is complaining in the waiting room. The employees are rude and condescending and always laughing amongst themselves. Complete disregard of the people waiting, zero customer service and no sense of urgency. Inefficient at is best!!!

Llegue con mi bebe de 1 años para unos análisis de rutina.. Pésimo servio .. No tienen la mas mínima educación.. El personal super grosero !!! No lo recomiendo!! Me hicieron ir dos veces teniendo una cita y al final me fui sin q me atendieran al bebe .. No saben trabajar con el público!!!!

The front desk is a joke, the lady who always wears a yellow flower on her hair is rude and an over all bad employee. She skips people who have appointments and attends the ones she prefers which are the young attractive men. Shes sloppy and spoke rudely to an elderly 85 y/o gentlemen that was asking to drop off a specimen. Obviously I will not be returning to this quest... Unfortunately the Miami lakes quest has closed which has been the best one I have ever gone to, Hialeah is a pretty good one too but just too many patients, but at least the front desk was kind.

FRAUD!! I went to take my 1 year old for a lead test, I had the prescription from her pediatrician which only said lead test. A few days later her doctor calls me to ask why they did two types of thyroid tests. Long story short, quest kept blaming the doctor when it clearly didnt say anything about thyroid, and they refused to not charge us that amount! not only did my daughter suffer, they took so much blood, but this is wrong and fraud!!! No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Licenses need to be taken away from These fools.

The worst!!!! Terribly rude!!!! I went in to ask something but since it was closing time the lady infront just said "What!!!! Somebody left the door open!!!"and just went in without another word. An elderly lady walked in and as soon as she set foot the woman said "NO!!!! We are closed!!" She didnt hesitade one bit to come out and open the door to practically through the old lady and me out without even looking at us.

I was waiting at the Windows they see me standing there and I said hello instead of someone speaking to me they acted like I wasnt there and all I had was a simple question I had to ask my questions out loud to finally get an answer. They ignore everyone this is the worst place to come Im frustrated with this place the 3rd time that I come and seen other people go through the same.

Im torn, this place was quick and the ladie who took my blood, Twilight is very nice and efficient. The lady in the front blonde with short hair, she has what is called rbf. She never said nothing rude, but she was not happy to be there. When she called me, she whispered. Thank God I was close to the window if not I would have heard her.

Horrible, they take forever, the front desk staff are rude. When they call for you they whisper your name. Mind you there are older folks that have difficulty hearing. And please if you tell them youve been skipped they catch an attitude. But other than that the staff that draws your blood are polite, quick and great with their work ^.^

I always come here for my bloodwork. The service is quick (with an appt), the staff is nice, and it is certainly gull of people, but I was there this morning and from start to finish, it all took just 34 minutes. That is from the moment I signed in, to the moment I walked out the soor after my blood was taken. Great place for bloodwork.

They are the worst!! Girl at front desk calls all Latin people first. She hates Americans. Once you do get inside. Lady at desk mumbles her words and gets mad if you ask questions. They all need to be fired. The people that take your blood are very nice and professional. Some from corporate should go and clean this place out.

This is ridiculous. The front desk lady was very rude. Just to drop off a speciman becomes over an hour wait. When you ask how much longer she cant even look at you while youre standing at the window. Learn to acknowledge your patients. This whole place needs a retraining on service and communication skills

There were pretty quick. There was a lil hostility but I ignored it. I was hesitant to go there because of the reviews but I guess it all depends on the time of that you go and the staff that is scheduled at the time.

Waiting time is short but personnel are like cold robots, I think they need a little training on how to treat people. My arm was toast around like a piece of meet for the blood test. At least I got out fast.

Got there right when they opened. Waited over an hour for a simple blood test despite only two or three people in front of me. Was treated extremely rudely. Will never get lab work done here again.

This quest site was very organized. They even had an electronic check-in. Wait time wasnt bad & the staff were very friendly & professional. Will definitely come to this location in the future.
